Yesterday i had a great a-less session. After that session i wrote some thoughts down i had while i had my session. Ive included some tips also so i can know the next time what i´vfe done right the last time. Ive thought that i should share it with you because it could help you too:
-The most important thing: Imagination. You have to concentrate yourself on very, very hot thoughts. You have to let your imagination running wild. Don´t concentrate to much on physical sensations (like tingling sensations in the pubic region), they will come all by themselves. Dont use your PC muscle or nipple stimulation in this phase
-If you´re very deep in your imagination and horny you can squeeze your PC muscle very very slightly, so that you almost won´t feel it (Just very lightly squeezes are the key, strong squeezes or squeezes with medium strenght (or if you use your PC muscle too much) can ruin your session) but just occasionally. Use your PC muscle preferably just to nudge your horniness a little bit. Besides that you can stroke your nipples, but just occasionally because if you stimulate them too much they will turn insensitive. In the past i didnt even felt my nipples but after a few months of stimulation they´ve turned sensitive (If i stroke them i feel a tingling sensation in my pubic area) and are really helping in my MMO sessions. So it could be worthwile to stimulate your nipples on a regular basis. (But keep in mind: When the nipples are turning sensitive, they can grow, my left nipple is a bit bigger (and darker) than my right nipple because of that)
-Keep in mind: The sensations are weak at the first but they grow stronger with every "tingling wave"
-If you´re not sure if that was a orgasm yet: Just compare the rising tingling sensations with your normal, wet, orgasm. If you do that you will perhaps see that the rising tingling sensation was as strong (or stronger) than your normal, wet, orgasm and that it was indeed a dry orgasm. You didn´t knew if it was an orgasm because you´re just used to normal, wet, orgasms which had the ejaculation and pumping sensations. When you had a dry orgasm you dont have this pumping sensations so this new kind of orgasm is still strange to you, so you arent even sure if this was an orgasm or just very good feelings. But after some time you will see that these are orgasm
-Important: Don´t get impatient. Dont use your PC muscle with more strenght or more times and dont stroke your nipples harder, this could ruin your session. Keep in mind: The sensations are just very weak at the beginning. It can take 30 to 60 minutes until they´re growing
-When the tingling sensations growing stronger don´t use your PC muscle more times or with more strengh than in the previous phase, this could ruin your session. Just use your PC to support the good feelings in this phase (but just very weak and not too much)
-For motivation: Regardless if it was a orgasm or not, the feelings are important (even if they were just weak). Just keep in mind: Orgasms are just feelings too (but stronger). Don´t target an orgasm, just target good feelings. The way is the goal!
-Always leave them wanting more! This will keep you from frustrations and you will look forward for the next time
-Just use very weak stimuli (regarding PC muscle and nipple stimulation). Just very weak stimuli are the way to success. It took me a very long time to realize that. Strong or medium impulses will just ruin your sessions!
-Feelings will grow stronger with each "tingling wave"

Certainly agree with the advice to use the PC muscle less on the build up to orgasm. If I accidentally try to squeeze it, or it happens by itself, particularly during higher arousal I find it can halt progress. A-less is much more in the mind and concentration is important. A bit of fantasy can help push it along.
I have to say that when it comes to orgasm I certainly know when I'm having one. Almost always there is strong pumping like having a normal ejaculation, which then often moves into the prostate or becomes an anal orgasm, although as the orgasm progresses sometimes it becomes one long wave of pleasure without any specific contractions, and I feel like the orgasm is washing over me and not just happening in the pelvis.
One last observation on your post. I know I shouldn't say it but you CAN force an A-less orgasm, by rubbing the perineum hard just like normal masturbation but at the root of the penis combined with breathing into it. Takes a while, but it produces very strong intense orgasms. I did it this afternoon with wonderful results, and would recommend anyone to try it.
Thanks for sharing your method smudgefish. Do you get a dry orgasm with this method like with aneros or A-less? And what do you mean by "breathing into it"? Do you squeeze your pc muscle while you rub your perineum?

@DarkOrb Sounds like your orgasms are more abdominal from the start and whole body quite quickly (I wish mine were), I'm still struggling with getting anything whole body, mine are mostly pelvic centred like a very long wet orgasm but way better. Even when I have the more continuous type of orgasm I feel like it's being generated in my mind but felt in my pelvis (if that makes sense). Any idea how your technique varies from mine to get a whole body orgasm?
The perineal rub kicks off a normal A-less dry orgasm. By breathing into it I just mean that you have to breathe properly to bring on an orgasm - just the same as breathing to bring on an aneros or A-less orgasm so more abdominal. And no I don't squeeze the PC. I can't believe more people don't use the technique it works so well for me. I often can't be bothered with everything else and just go straight for an orgasm that way.

I think this is one of the most imortant things you pointed out. I think it's not communicated often (or clear) enough, that these types of sexual experinces feel quite differently than traditional orgasms. That results in a lot of false expectations by newbies. I am even tempted to say, that we just call them "orgasms" just because we lack better words for describing them.

Well, I guess it's not recommended so often, because it works differently for everyone (and mostly not so good as for you). I tried this approach since the beginning of my journey with varying success. I just tried it again today after I read your post and things took off really fast. But I must add, that I woke up today on the brink of an a-less orgasm and have been charged up throughout the whole day. I guess, that the perineal hot-spots really come to shine, when you are already well aroused or even in the o-zone.

This is very good. In fact, that's the kind of sensations KSMO aims for. I think, in terms of hacking your body and reaching for a bigger abstraction (with only thinking about orgasms is enough to acutally trigger one as the ultimate goal), these belly-centered orgasms rank higher than prostate-centered. They involve less muscle activity (less pitfalls) and spread out more easily in to the body, making full body-o's more likely to occur.

You're absolutely right. I guess the difference is, that @DarkOrb can initialize the belly sensation once, and is then able to grasp and build it. The buildup is not so different from the usual aneros-based approach: just observe and relax to let it spread. Triggering the initial sensation can be difficult first. That's where Jack J.'s key sound technique has it's strenghts. What works for me, is to visualize myself on a swing or a rollercoaster and try to immerse in the falling sensation that triggers the butterfly-sensations in the belly. Visualizing a swing is more elegant, because of it's repetitive nature- that's exactly what you want. Like on a swing: with every new full circle you gain more momentum. The sensation grows bigger naturally until you lose yourself in it.
Great thread with great comments! At last, someone who qualifies the differences between wet orgasms and prostate/rewiring orgasms.
Unfug, you are so correct. I think just about all guys get hung up in this rewiring business looking for orgasms that are like the traditional wet orgasms they have experienced. They are two different experiences to me and the road to each is nowhere the same road.

I first got back to A-less properly using the energy orgasm technique where I was getting some abdominal sensations and had one full body orgasm but the prostate/penile/anal orgasms were so good I have just kept on with those and ignored everything else just expecting full body to happen on it's own, it hasn't yet though.Months ago I used to be able to give myself an abdominal orgasm just by concentration alone but lost it somewhere along the way.

Which part of the PC muscle works best for you? (the part at the anus, the middle part or the part at the penis?) At first i thought the middle or the anus part works good, but today i´ve tried to squeeze the penis part of the pc muscle and had much faster success.
did you check the video i post at every given opportunity? the muscles are called pubo-coccygeus (pc), pubo-rectalis (pr) & levator prostatae (lp). protip: search for the ano-coccygeal ligament! thats the part where whole muscle group (levator ani) is attached to your spine/coccyx. You need this one for Mantak Chia's "anal breathing" tech. beside the pc, this ligament works best for me.
just play around with all of them and stick with the one(s) that feel best. kudos to you for seperating them. many can't 🙂

One side notice to your last question about which muscles work best.
There is a set of two muscles which are called "traverse muscles" and are located just before the anus. One is superficial and can be felt through the skin (approx where perineum hot-spot is (and where the p-tab touches)) and one is deep in. When you squeeze this deep one, it applies pressure on the prostate from below while the pc applies pressure from behind and above. So you get a very effective pincer movement when you work both muscles at once (or in a rolling motion).
So I must correct my former comment: Most effective for me are the PC, the AC-Ligament and the traverse muscle.

@smudgefish, thanks for tip on perineum hot spot!!! Ran out & tried it and kicked off a couple Dry-O's. (I gotta say that my prostate is also still hot from my session this morning, so ...) But, I combined it with trying to move the orgasm to/up the spine and had really intense initial O's. Took me a few minutes to feel any pwave at first. Felt one on first touch, then none. Found I had to really back off and when I just stroked lightly, they started up again. Then after a while, I could feel them all the time no matter how I pressed.

A very important tip i almost forgot: You have to stay abstinent for a few days, otherwise it won´t work. That is really important and i´ve thought it would be clear but i´ve noticed that being ready (and horny) for normal masturbation doesn´t mean you´re ready for an a-less orgasm. That was one of the biggest issues i had with a-less: I tried it too soon after a wet orgasm (one or two days after) and it didn´t worked. Because that i was frustrated and startet normal masturbation. That stopped my abstinence and the next time i´ve tried it too soon again. It was a doom-loop.
The next thing: Just use your PC muscle and nipple stimulation when you have good, stimulating erotic material. I´ve ended up scrolling and clicking on some erotic websites but didn´t found something good. While i´ve done that i´ve almost automatically stroked my nipples and flexed my PC muscle. When i finally found something good my nipples were overstimulated and had a sore PC muscle so i had to stop the session.

Thank you for the chat we had on Aneros chat we had recently and also the two informative Youtube videos which discuss the PC, the AC Ligament and traverse muscle.
I believe that experienced Aneros users can feel the increasing strength of these muscles as they develop muscle tone from having regular Aneros sessions. I know from my own experience that these muscles have an elasticity which is a source of pleasure not only in my Aneros sessions but also in Aless. It has gotten to the point that I can exercise control in both my sessions and Aless. It is absolutely beautiful!
