I bought the aneros helix over a year ago and used it so far about once a week. I get great feelings down there when I use it and I also noticed that when im getting excited I feel it in my prostate which is a good thing I guess. At the end of last year I had a first outcome and ejaculated while using the toy. It feelt like a normal orgasm but a little bit weaker. After that i didnt feel excited anymore and stopped. Was this a wet pgasm? After that they were more frequent but sadly non of them were dry and stronger than a normal orgasm. Will I get there if I dont change my massaging style? Normally I get in the shower, clean myself with an enema and start the session by browsing some porn/nude subreddits on reddit while the toy is inside of me, flexing my pc muscle and touching my nipples and balls. Often i get good feelings after a couple of minutes which get stronger troughout the session and sometimes resulting into what I think is in a wet HFO. Am I flexing the pc muscle too often? Is it even "correct" that I am flexing it? Should I instead just let it sit and do nothing?

Im very thankfull for any helpfull information 🙂

It may be worth trying some breathing exercises whilst employing the 'do nothing' technique. Relax into the sensations and see where it takes you, melting into the sensations works for me.

Hope this helps?

Enjoy the ride.

Yes, it sounds like you had a HFWO. Some men strive to have such orgasms while for others this is a curse because of the refractory period ejaculatory orgasms often induce.

Perhaps but if you want to have a different outcome then a change in massage style may be necessary. If you want to avoid ejaculating then you will need to identify what are the subtle ejaculatory reflex triggers which are causing it. This will probably require you to slow down your arousal buildup process and isolate those stimulating elements. Once identified it would be a matter of avoiding those particular triggers.

Avoiding any penile stimulation including your testicles and scrotum may remove an ejaculatory reflex trigger. This is important to establish new alternate neural pathways in your brain to orgasm. (please see @cockadoodle ’s thread Penis, NOT and @rook 's thread Whole Body/Whole Mind - the mental side & @SteelColdiron 's thread Aneros: The Essential Mind State for a little insight. It might also help you to read @Neros 's post The truth behind how to "rewire".)

It sounds like you may be contracting too frequently, slowing down the frequency may help here as well as contracting less forcefully. There aren't really any correct/incorrect rules with regards to contraction frequency or intensity, every man has to find the combination which yields the greatest pleasure for himself. The "Do Nothing"... method does work for many men but not ALL men, you will just have to experiment with stimulation techniques to find the best combination for you.

A big obstacle may be your psychological association of orgasm (please see What's an Orgasm?) with ejaculation, these are separate events but if you believe they are inherently tied together you may have programmed yourself to always have ejaculatory (wet) orgasms. Learning to separate these two events may be key to your achieving multiple dry-O's.

Good Vibes to You!
