I pretty much always sit - padded chair. The aneros come out way too easily so sitting keeps it in. If I can't sit, then an njoy pure plug works well because it stays in really well - to get it out you have to pull it out by the handle.

On my back, legs spread with feet together. Affords the most movement and comfort for long sessions. If I cum, its not on bedding.
