What's your preferred method of Prostate Milking?

Hey all! I've been on my Aneros journey for a few months now and I've found that I really like what Semen Retention (SR) brings to the table for me. One downside I've found is that around the 2 week mark, I start feeling very tense, and I'm wondering if incorporating prostate milking into my routine would help. So, my question to you is:

What's your Prostate Milking ritual?

Recently I tried using my nJoy Wand after a lovely Aless session, and was able to get a few drops of a thin white liquid to drip out. However, I wasn't able to get anymore out after that. Is there a certain motion I should use with the wand? It feels like there's too many options with this device!

Before I started SR, I would edge with the Vice2 or the nJoy wand. Sometimes, I could get right to the edge of the PONR and back off. If I timed it right, I was able to get a sort of "fake orgasm", where I would drool quite a bit of semen without an actual ejaculation. After that, I was able to do this 1-2 more times, before I would have to finish normally with a Super T. Is this a form of milking? Or is this more of a ruined orgasm? I'm worried about trying this method during SR because I really do not want to go over the PONR (the 48hr window of fatigue is rough!)

Thanks in advance- this community has been so helpful already! 😀

I use my Helix Trident Syn and I can get a decent volume of fluid through out my entire session - I use the fluid as a roadmap to confirm I’m stimulating my prostate and on track for the O.  I work to get some flow then do less intense contractions for a bit, then increase the intensity and get some more

My NJOY Wand is absolutely great for milking my prostate.  I use the small ball end and rub it up and down over my prostate and then sideways. I feel my prostate as a hump with the wand. Going a little above the prostate produces more precum ofercand above the prostate fluid.

Now, if I can just find the formula to use my Wand for prostate orgasms...

I did some milking last week with my pure wand. I had the large end in and pushed out as if having a bowel movement while manipulating the wand to the right spot. Got a decent amount of prostatic fluid to ooze out, probably about a teaspoon amount.

@vracer Oh that's interesting! I do leak quite a bit with the trident toys, is the color milky for you? I think it's only been precum for me.

@ggringo I'll have to try that! I was just kind pushing on it, but I'll see if rubbing/dragging works better.

@reddog152 I would not have thought to use a pushing motion like that, it sounds very promising!

Thanks everyone so far for the insight! I've got some homework to do now 😀

@ForestElf - It’s clear prostrate fluid watching it build up on the tip of my penis really turns me on - I will even collect some on my finger and have a taste

I'm wondering if incorporating prostate milking into my routine would help. So, my question to you is:

What's your Prostate Milking ritual?

The vast majority of the ejaculate is produced by the seminal vesicles and prostate gland with the seminal vesicles contributing twice as much as the prostate. Understanding your anatomy will help you get the most thorough milking possible. Only three to five percent of a healthy man's ejaculate is the sperm produced in his testes. All of the rest is produced in the seminal vesicles, the prostate and the bulbourethral gland. The bulbourethral gland is responsible for the clear liquid we refer to as pre-cum and is usually a small fraction of the main ejaculate. Cuming does not equal being milked. Milking requires a gentle massage of both the seminal vesicles and the prostate. Once you have found the prostate you should begin at a point just above the gland and lightly but gently massage that area, this is where the seminal vesicles are found. Using your Wand, apply firm (but not too firm or discomforting) pressure with the large ball end to this area. Slowly over 10-15 seconds pull the ball down toward your prostate. When you get to the prostate just hold pressure there for another 30 seconds then release the pressure and slide the wand back up and repeat the process. Working your way down to the prostate you encourage the seminal vesicles to give up their fluid through the prostate. As it flows into the penis it may or my not "spurt" hence the milking action on the shaft of the penis. It is important to stay totally relaxed during this process, if you feel your pelvic floor muscles becoming tense, stop, take some deep breaths and tell yourself to relax all those muscles then restart the process. How long this takes is quite variable but a thorough milking may take up to 40 minutes. The key is patience, this is not the usual quickie but a more laid back masturbation session designed to relax you both mentally and physically. This process is repeated until there is no additional fluid produced.

Yes there are many options, you will just need to experiment to find the technique which will work best for you.

Is this a form of milking? Or is this more of a ruined orgasm?

From your description, IMHO, it is more like a ruined orgasm than a real 'milking' Following a true milking you may still be aroused but you won't be able to have an ejaculatory orgasm and this can be frustratingly teasing and arousing in its own right. I've practiced milking for a number of years and have compiled a wealth of informational links in my Rumel's Ruminations - Part V blog under 'Prostate Milking information'. Also please see my post in the thread Prostate Milking during Semen Retention which contains links to other prostate 'milking' related information resources.

Good Vibes to You!

@rumel That technique worked really well! I was able to get much more of the think milky white liquid out. I don't think I was able to get the seminal vesicles to work, but I've got a lot of time to practice. Is there a sensation I should look for, or is it simply "just above the prostate"?

Is there a certain sitting position you like to do when milking? It feels like sitting with a C-shaped back and bent knees worked pretty good. Is that what you do?

Don't worry about that, you are working them if you're starting the down stroke about 2.5-3" above your prostate.

The sensation of desiring to urinate is the best way I can describe the feeling. IF you have completely emptied your bladder before starting your milking session then just ignore/accept that sensation as normal, even enjoyable but stay relaxed and continue the process.

Yeah that sounds about right. I use a pillow below my butt and lie back on an inclined support cushion on the bed. My feet are together on the bed, thigh-calf angle about 90deg., thighs about 90deg. spread, but any position which allows you to be comfortably relaxed while manipulating your wand will work.

Good Vibes to You!
