What sensation?

Hi, I've been trying to practice the techniques to achieve Super-O for some time, including regular kegel exercise etc. I've isolated 2 things from my sessions, and wonder which is to be focused on. I would welcome input from some who have actually achieved the so-called Super-O.

Firstly: contractions. During ejaculation, this is the pulsation of the PC muscle to eject semen. It's also felt in the anus, as those muscles contract also. I have exerienced A-less contractions, sometimes a day or so after using the large Peridise.

Secondly: a "rush". Not sure how else to describe it, but it feels like a build-up of prostate fluid. It gets fairly intense just before ejaculating, particularly when edging. I've not felt this A-less.

So for your Super-O, would you focus more on the "rush", contractions, both, or something else?

@00BlueM Rather than "shooting" for the Super-O, may I suggest just continuing your "normal" sessions. IMHO, in time, your body may be ready for a Super-O and you never know when to expect it! Good luck!

Hey @00BlueM ,

I've been trying to practice the techniques to achieve Super-O for some time, including regular kegel exercise etc.

Great, stick with the kegel workout. There is no better way to wake up the nerve endings in your pelvic floor. Once you are in for a while in (approx 4-6 weeks), try to sepereate (and control) all the different muscles - there are about 10 of them. Once you achieved that level of control, you can try to clench them one after another in a rolling motion. That can spark some nice pleasure waves and eventually a-less super-O's.

I have exerienced A-less contractions, sometimes a day or so after using the large Peridise.

That's a very good sign! 🙂

Secondly: a "rush". Not sure how else to describe it, but it feels like a build-up of prostate fluid. It gets fairly intense just before ejaculating, particularly when edging. I've not felt this A-less.

Hm, it sounds like it's exaclty what you said: fluids gathering for the ejaculation. That would mean that you built sexual energie on the traditional-, spine-reflex-, ejaculatory-path. Unfortunately that's quite the opposite of what you want. 🙁

So for your Super-O, would you focus more on the "rush", contractions, both, or something else?

On something else. Learning Super-O's is not about generating (more and more) stimulation - it's about training your brain to recognize and accept different kinds of stimulation and building them into something orgasmic. So, don't push that rush-feeling, but try to avoid it. Don't try to built pleasure by adding more stim, but by concentrating more on the sensations you already have, thus building them mentally. This approach is commonly refered to as "do-nothing-approach".

If you you try to push that "rush", you are most likely to achieve a hands-free-wet-orgasm (HFWO). If you want to test (and accelerate) this, you can pull back your foreskin and keep it pulled tight. That puts some indirect stimulation on your frenulum which is hardwired with your prostate and helps building that fluid pressure (hence the rush-feeling) in the prostate a lot. I often end my sessions that way. 🙂

Cheers, Unfug
