I have a syn and a progasm and while I like both I have been enjoying the progasm more.

I have a couple of newby questions as only 2 weeks in and thought someone will be able to guide me.

I have experienced the waves but only after I've had the leg shakes and the waves are only in my mid section and stomach. I was wondering that when I can feel the waves, am I best to do nothing or start doing contractions?

I guess this is part of the journey and the shakes and waves are starting sooner in the session each time, but I can't get pasted that point. No warm tingling feeling or anything. I relax alot and try to focus on breathing.

Any advice and thanks in advance and this is a great forum I spend alot of time on.

IMHO: Continue doing (or not doing) what ever got you to there in the first place, what ever it was. And follow pleasure. The levers of choice aren't always clear. Maybe the move is to decide the orgasm doesn't require anything else, and that you're ready for a climax... not that "a climax will inevitably arrive now", but that you have already crossed that point, and all you have to do is stop preparing to feel it, and just feel it. Maybe it doesn't knock, but waits silently at the door until you open it.

I think one of the notable characteristics of this kind of pleasure, is that it might feel impossible in its onset. We have years of penis-based expectations about what the build-up should look like. So when it comes to the ramp-up, we can behave in ways we're not even aware of. At some point you just have to go limp and let the pleasure wash through your limbs, and that might be a moment you get to choose. Or might have to choose.

Sorry to sound vague, but I'm still trying to make sense of it myself.

@clenchy thanks for taking the time for the detailed reply. I appreciate it.

I will definitely take that on board and work with what you suggested. I want to continue the journey and probably need to focus on different things whilst trying.

Sometimes after a session I will get the shakes in.my legs 30 mins later and feel great feeling in my head. I'm guessing the prostate still awake.

Thanks again.

It's been my experience, the kinds of things someone might need to try, are things I never could have imagined were on the menu. Like realizing I'm holding tension in a place I didn't even know I had any muscles, or mentally checking-out in response to one thing or another. So I guess, keep an open mind about what those things could be.

There's a certain amount of trial and error involved, and in time you'll figure out what works best for you. It sounds like you're responding very well to it for just 2 weeks though.
