I have a syn and a progasm and while I like both I have been enjoying the progasm more.

I have a couple of newby questions as only 2 weeks in and thought someone will be able to guide me.

I have experienced the waves but only after I've had the leg shakes and the waves are only in my mid section and stomach. I was wondering that when I can feel the waves, am I best to do nothing or start doing contractions?

I guess this is part of the journey and the shakes and waves are starting sooner in the session each time, but I can't get pasted that point. No warm tingling feeling or anything. I relax alot and try to focus on breathing.

Any advice and thanks in advance and this is a great forum I spend alot of time on.

@clenchy thanks for taking the time for the detailed reply. I appreciate it.

I will definitely take that on board and work with what you suggested. I want to continue the journey and probably need to focus on different things whilst trying.

Sometimes after a session I will get the shakes in.my legs 30 mins later and feel great feeling in my head. I'm guessing the prostate still awake.

Thanks again.
