So I've been playing with my prostate every now and then for a few months, I tried the Aneros Helix, but I couldn't feel it when inside me. I've had p waves before but nothing more.
I bought the Progasm Ice on sale last month and tonight was the first time I got to use it.

Congrats dude - join the club of super O's!
I bought a Eupho Trident and Progasm Ice at the same time about 6 months ago. I use the Eupho sometimes to start a session, but inevitably it's the Progasm that takes me there and keeps me there for minutes at a time. My sessions typically last for 3-4 hours, but I have to break every 20 minutes to rehydrate (the heavy breathing, moaning, etc.) and pee.

I suspect it's possible for prostate-induced orgasms to materialize in different places, depending on where your mind is. My thinking is that a prostate-induced orgasm may or may not occur in the prostate area. That not every aneros orgasm is necessarily a prostate orgasm.
I think I've only recently been closing-in on an actual prostate orgasm that happens in my prostate.

Congratulations, It definitely sounds like you had a prostate orgasm but only you can determine if it meets the wide definition of a Super-O

This is where the first booby trap is. Manage expectation so as to not go into the next session expecting a carbon copy of this one. Super o are usually different with different approach paths. Just do your thing and see what gives. What happened here might not happen next session.
Just chill out and explore and you’ll soon grow them bigger and reach them faster and more frequently as you gain experience.

Nothing. The vary in intensity. The super o is when you really begin to let go. P -Wave is orgasm too imo. Just at very low level.
I can’t really imagine going up from where I was but as far as I can tell super os last indefinitely.
Oh they go up alright. Not sure about indefinitely. I guess you run out of chemicals eventually lol.

@rumel how would you define a super o vs a pgasm?
A Super-O (see Aneros WIKI definition) is a prostate orgasm but not all prostate orgasms are Super-O's so it's not one versus another. Orgasms exist across a continuum of intensities, only you get to determine when one reaches a threshold "... for an orgasm that steps out of the normal frame of reference."

Hip thrusts are good stuff. I am certain that they remind me of either having sex, or they trigger some deep-rooted sexual mechanism. If that is good for you, maybe you can experiment with tensions in your upper legs, holding knees together, etc.
Your question about prostate orgasms vs super orgasms is common. I think there is no difference between a prostate orgasm and a super O. Pleasure is whatever feels good. An orgasm is a peak of pleasure. How does one draw a line between types of orgasms? And for what reason should we make distinctions? Maybe one day you will have an orgasm stronger than every orgasm you had before. Does that make that the new benchmark for a super orgasm for you, and everything underneath is no longer a super orgasm? Once you are getting pleasure in your prostate to the point of orgasming, I say forgot trying to qualify it, just sit back and enjoy the ride.
Personally I prefer “prostate orgasm” as a term to describe where an orgasm takes place, just like nipple orgasm describes an orgasm whose epicenter or generator is the nipples, and so on and so forth for every part of the body.
But other people seem to have a clear definition of what a super O is to them, and if that terminology suits you and if you end up seeing a distinction between super Os and prostate orgasms, then great!
