The rewiring journey

I've been on this journey since 2010, and still have yet to have orgasms with the aneros.

I've experienced incredible arousal, precum, involuntaries, and overall, really great sensations, but this sexual energy that builds up during my sessions, ends up stagnating in my body. This has resulted in my diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome, and numerous trigger points all over my body, but primarily located in my rhomboid major.

I am now closer than ever, but in the mean time, I've been wanting to explore what has been taking place within my body. Because, it is gradually evolving. Energy is flowing in places it never had before.

Does anyone know of any resources, articles, knowledge experts, etc. that explore the physiological, behavioral, psychological, or any other science around the process of "rewiring"?

I would recommend you first read the Wikipedia page on Neuroplasticity. There are URL links in the footnotes for further information. I would also recommend viewing the documentary movies Mind Your Mind, The Plastic Fantastic Brain: Rewiring the Mind, Automatic Brain: The Magic of the Unconscious Mind and The Gut: Our Second Brain.

Good Vibes to You!

Thank you, rumel. However, I am looking for "rewiring" specifically in relation to what is described here.

@rumel My "rewiring" journey led me back to this thread, and, while I initially thought the links you provided weren't relevant to what I was looking for, I took a closer look and it appears they're excellent resources. I'll spend some time with this information. Thank you.

@metalbunny I'm glad to hear that you are looking into those documentaries. I have found them to be extremely helpful in my own understanding about this 'rewiring' process.

Good Vibes to You!
