Hey Guys,

I hope you're doing well. Today I want to tell you about "Prostate Meditation". First let me explain what the practice of meditation actually is: It's a mindfulness technique where you spend all of your attention on one single aspect (most often it's our breath ("how does it feel?")), while acknowledging but letting go any arising thoughts. This should lead to a calmer and more focussed mind and sometimes even drug-like experiences.

So what is Prostate Meditation? Instead of focussing on ones breath, we solely choose our prostate as our focus point. The rewiring process is very similar in nature: Acknowledging ones prostate and learn to pay attention to the sensation it's causing.

Prostate Meditation basically enables us to work on our rewiring process, even when our massager is not in use (it won't replace Aneros though as this technique is meant as a (very effective) complementary measure). If you already practice any meditation technique it's especially convenient as you only have to replace the focus point and kill two birds with one stone: Becoming more mindful (with every positive aspect of it like a better mental well being) plus working on ones rewiring journey.

So how should a session look like:

1. Make sure you have at least 5 minutes without any disruptions
2. Sit down and close your eyes.
3. Now spent your focus on your prostate. If you're not rewired yet it can be impossible to recognize an exact spot as your Aneros. That's absolutely okay and expected at a pre-rewiring stage. Just pay attention to the general area.

Attention: Your prostate area actually has to be categorized in two areas: The upper one that is adjacent to ones bladder (which you might know from the kinda pleasureable feeling you have when you can finally pee after dealing with a full bladder) and the lower one that is adjacent to ones intenstine walls (this one you might know by the pleasureable feeling when you can finally poop). We want to focus on the lower, the intestine area, that you would usually stimulate with your Aneros. This is due to my experience that this part is so much easier to "wake up" and also because it's the part that is also stimulated (and therefore mostly in the process of rewiring) by Aneros, it doesn't really make sense imo to try to rewire the upper part of the prostate just yet. Don't worry though: Once the lower area is fully rewired, the upper one will quickly rewire as well automatically. This will be interesting later as the upper one plays a huge role in A-less sessions.

4. Focus on that spot and observe for any arising sensations. It can be a slight throbbing sensation, it can be "phantom pressure" and even pleasure. Observe any of these feelings but don't try to hold on to them. If they want to go, let them go. Should your attention wander, direct it back to your prostate. Should any thoughts arise, acknowledge them and let them go. It can happen that you feel nothing at first. In these cases imagine a glowing red ball where your prostate would be and focus on that mental image. After some time this will lead to sensations in your prostate area. At this moment you can change the focus point from mental images to the actual physical sensations.

After some sessions of doing this you will feel that your prostate is much more responsive now. You might feel a pleasureable throbbing when your prostate is in need of a Aneros session. The throbbing will make it even easier to pinpoint the prostates exact location in your meditation sessions. And you will feel effects in your Aneros sessions as well: You will now feel your prostate swell when having a p-wave and later even feel your Aneros massager pleasureably rubbing against it, even with the tiniest motions.

I hope this thread will be helpful. I wish you a great rewiring journey. 🙂

Today I want to tell you about "Prostate Meditation".

Thanks for expanding om what I had labeled as "erotic meditations" in the thread Aneros and an 'Optimal' mind state?

Good Vibes to You!

That is interesting. I do meditations but I never thought of changing the focus from breath to prostate. Thanks for sharing.

This is excellent!!

I've been practicing Ipsalu Kriya Yoga for the past year and a half and prostate/PC squeezes and locks are involved in several breathing techniques, some I already did in normal yoga practice, but the yoga I and many westerners practice was "westernized" and the prostate clamps and energy locks were sterilized out of yoga. These little 5-minute prostate focus moments sound great, they are similar to my normal mindfulness practice and can be easily incorporated, and they will enhance my kegel/PC exercises that I do from time to time. Great post!

@techpump if you do not mind sharing, do you follow somebody or some y tube channel for Ipsalu Kriya Yoga? Just curious. Thanks.

This seems remarkably similar to the basis of a-less.  Thumbs up.
