Thank you for the post Crimsonwolf. I learned something as a direct result of reading and implementing what you wrote. First, I was not paying close enough attention to what I was feeling, in all parts of my body. As an example, nipple stimulation does not do anything for me, or so I thought. I discovered that even though nipple stim does not feel pleasant at the nipple, it does fire up the prostate. I didn't notice before because I wasn't paying attention to all parts of my body. I did not expect that at all. I keep learning new things throughout this journey that I probably would not have figured by myself.
So much good advice here, Ty cw!
@crimsonwolf I am 7 years late, and about 1 year in with little result. I appreciate your post and explanation. I would love any resource, pdf, audio guide, anything you have. This is my priority pursuit and you have given me hope that I can relax into it instead of trying to fatigue myself into it. Thank you! How do I dm you if you’re still around?
Czy ktoś ma ten PDF? Byłbym bardzo wdzięczny. Brzmi jak podstawa – najlepsze uczucie, jakie miałem do tej pory, to relaks. Więc widzę tu drogę 🙂
The most important thing is: thank you for this guide. I still have a long way to go. But I feel like even just practicing the breathing exercises has started to do something nice for my prostate – even though I don't have anything inside. I hope you're doing well and that you're still doing crazy things 🙂
@crimsonwolf Thank you for taking time to share in such thorough and thoughtful ways. And this is how I imagined a forum like this should be like when I first joined a few months ago. I hope this will re-energize the site and spark more lively discussions and sharing!
As a relatively new user of Aneros, I can relate to most of the "philosophies" and techniques you shared. I have two newbie questions. One, I know Super-O can be an illusive idea to many who have yet achieved one. Just what is a Super-O? Does it feel differently from one to another? Do they share any hallmark characteristics? I understand that labels shouldn't matter as long as one enjoys the journey. Still, it helps to know the potential power of it all. With that understanding, hopefully we're better oriented in terms of directions and progress. Hope this makes sense.
Another question is regarding contractions. By "don't contract", I take you mean don't voluntarily contract. But then of course, the involuntary contractions will happen when one feels the force of Aneros on his prostate. My question is how do you react to the involuntary contractions? Do you mentally encourage or discourage them? I'm asking because I'm at the stage of reaching the involuntary contractions relatively easily. While I enjoy the stimulation, I can't help thinking there's something amiss. I think I may be stuck in a plateau of sort and can't move beyond it? In other words, I fail to feel the more subtle, "deeper" or more euphoric feeling of it, as I gathered from your and others' sharing. Not wanting to sound ungrateful, the waves of involuntary contractions are enjoyable, and they fundamentally changed my way of self pleasure for good. That said, I don't feel like I'm moving toward a super-O... I don't know if you know what I'm talking about. If you do, any advice please?
Thanks again.
P.s a detail to clarify. Is it your recommendation to start every session relaxing first before inserting the toy?
Also, the “trinity” method is amazing. I didn’t intend to do a session last night but couldn’t stop thinking about it before sleep. So I put myself in a relaxed state (as I always do anyway) and tried the method for a few minutes. Lo and behold I got an Aless! It’s brief but it was real. Thank you @crimsonwolf!!
