I've been reading around here for awhile and have the following queries.
1.Is it okay to combine the do nothing method and the traditional method(s)? So say if I have a normal session then proceed to do nothing or vice versa?
2. Does it help the rewiring process to refrain from traditional masturbation?
3. Is there any discussion on these forums to help get better timing with stool movements + induce stool movements + make stools leave less mess behind inside.
1. It does not matter, discover what works best for you.
2. Some say yes some say no. A lot may depend on your masturbation regime.
3. More fiber in you diet, that is more vegetables and less meal and fast foods. Some folk use an enema to flush rectum.
What Aneros do you have/use. Answers don't help if you have no experience.
I have the Helix syn, had my first session a few hours ago. I had an issue with the tab, I think i've read that it needs to be 'firm', and that it needs to be placed on the sweet spot. Mine doesn't feel firm at all, it's just there and doesn't stay in one spot.

Same here. I wouldn't worry about it.
@Blitzer2k...
1. This is a journey...you must discover your personal normal...do nothing is my normal approach...I have learned over a 2 yr period that this approach works best for my body. One suggestion I might offer is that you consider trying one particular approach for a period of time to see it evolves favorably vs. trying something different every time you have a session. For me...my body needed to develop a familiarity with the approach I used in all my sessions which helped with relaxation which is key to growth.
2. I've had great sessions on the heels of masturbation/intercourse with ejaculation as well as abstaining from ejaculation for up to a week or so. Bottom line...for me it doesn't seem to matter...AROUSAL at the outset of the session is a much more important ingredient to facilitate rewiring and a pleasurable session.
3. I try to eat a fiber rich diet and keep my body on a daily routine for elimination...this is usually in the morning after my 2 cups of coffee. Rarely have to go twice a day...I rarely use rectal enema...really don't need it. Also, rarely have any trace of poop on the device when removed. Sometimes I have felt poop when pre-lubing with my finger...when I do...I usually don't go forward with the session because of the risk that it might impede the movement of the ANEROS.
Hope this helps...
blitzer2k,
I suggest that you check out the Helpful Links for New Members thread at the top of the main page in the General Discussion section. You'll find many helpful links indexed there for your convenience.
I concur with Jaxsun's assessment on your first question. With respect to your second question about abstaining, there are a number of different opinions on that. Although it is not strictly necessary, many users have found some level of abstinence helpful for building arousal. Be aware that there is not any specific formula for building arousal through abstinence, it often varies from one individual to the next. With respect to promoting regularity, a high fiber diet, hydration and regular exercise are keys.

Question 1 I just posted a lit to e on my journey over the past year. I have had the e greatest sensation relaxing and breathing according to b's keys to the back door. It has also helped me go A-less.
On question 2, it hasn't changed my outcome by whether or not I ejaculate but it haseems changed whether I started touching the penis. No touch is the proven philosophy when you are in session.
On question 3 if diet and movement are good with no results consider chiropractic care for to ur low back. Impingement on the nerves could affect your sensations as well as your rate of bowel movements. Pharmacy drugs may have an effect as well. Look at the side effects.
