I've just had my first super-O for months and months, at least I think that's what it was. It lasted for all of about one minute because one of my children came to tell me it was her bedtime, but despite that I feel completely at ease, full of energy and full of love. It was like one minute of being pumped full of every nice drug you can imagine, and now I feel like there is energy flowing freely through me as if something has been opened up. They are something special.

This time AT LAST I did it with relaxation. I had just meditated and thought I would take advantage of feeling so relaxed. Brought myself to orgasm A-less and felt something very special happening, relaxed totally into it without losing it, as usually happens, and bang there it was a feeling of complete relaxed floating orgasmic ecstasy. At last I have given myself a super-O rather than the random odd one I have had in the past, and those have felt tense, this one was relaxed. Then my daughter burst in and said 'daddy you need to put me to bed'.

I have always had real difficulty relaxing into orgasms, I just tense up against them, and trying to relax makes me lose it. This is, hopefully, a breakthrough. Thanks to everyone who has advised me over the last 6 months that total relaxation is the way to go, you are absolutely right. I just hope I can do it again. [-O<

Glad for you Smudgefish.

I hope you can get back to the super O quickly too.

Just remember other guys with the details on this forum as you are able to articulate in detail what other guys only summarize in a conclusory matter with buzzwords like relax, focus, cut the brain noise, etc.

I am sure all that is involved, but few men seem to be able to explain in detail the process.

All the best to you man.

@Turnrow. I really am no expert.

I know where you are coming from. I have read posts on here saying 'just relax' and tried and tried and got nowhere and wanted someone to give me the secret. There is no secret except to keep trying and not give up.

There is no more detail to what I did tonight other than that I did 'just relax' as I felt the orgasm get more intense, used my breathing to intensify it (combination of low abdominal breathing, some drawing breaths up into the chest, and some shorter breaths around the point that felt good), and concentrated like mad on any new good sensations. There is certainly a specific mental attitude that helps and perhaps having just meditated I was able to focus better. I think it was @Canacan who described relaxing every muscle, and the relaxing even more, which is pretty much what I did; someone else has described it as going 'floppy'.

Not sure if I mentioned before, but since you are also an A-less practitioner, have you tried perineal pressure/massage it really helps me a lot, and I can usually trigger an orgasm from that alone. I used that tonight to get things moving to start with.

It's exactly what I have tried many times in the past but tonight it just worked, I can't say exactly why, previously I have always needed some tension to keep my orgasms going. Hopefully I have now learnt something new and will be able to repeat it. Maybe not. At least I now know I can do it.

Guys, thanks for your posts! It was just at the right time to pick up something you said !

Turnrow, after I read your email yesterday, I followed some of your threads and came across this one. I'd heard people encouraging to relax but (with my impatience) I never went anywhere with it.

I Probably haven’t experienced the super–O’s yet, but this evening I tried what you described smudgefish, and went into Dry–orgasms from it.

I think it was @Canacan who described relaxing every muscle, and the relaxing even more, which is pretty much what I did; someone else has described it as going 'floppy'.

So in my first try, After about a minute of trying to relax this way, I felt pwaves and the start of a dry–O. But then I immediately I lost it, like you mentioned Smudgefish, I just tensed up against them, and this kept on happening (which mad me more tense)...

So it took maybe 15 minutes of re–trying, and finally a Dry–O started (?!) and I was able to follow it with some nipple stimulation, and it blossomed into a 15 minute rolling orgasm (!). Yippee!!! Then I tried what someone else suggested elsewhere, and focused to move the orgasm center from my prostate up my spine.

That changed the whole tone somehow (!), and it felt like my whole body was slightly involved in the orgasm and it became more intense. A bunch of times when the orgasm seemed to be slowing down, refocusing it up the spine shifted it back into high intensity.

So after 20 min, I had enough and drifted off to sleep.

But then I awoke around 5:30 am, and figured I’d try relaxing again to see what happened. This time with one or two tries it resumed right where it left off and I had a couple of Dry–O’s and then another 15 minute rolling one a few  more over another 20 min.

During that long one, I noticed that I was sort of clenched up, so I tried relaxing in the midst of the Dry–O, and then my body started twitching and rock & rolling, like I’d seen in several Super–O videos. (The O was rolling along and I was rolling around!) By that time my body was flushing – neck, chest and thighs, so it was pretty intense.

So you've opened up a new door...  I have to experiment more with relaxation (and take it more seriously) ! I think I just advanced to a next level with your guys help!

Thanks again guys for taking the time to post.

(This forum post editor is evil… I tried to insert a smiley in my text and it deleted the text but posted the smiley. Well, I guess I AM smiling after what happened last night !!!)

Hey @smudgefish,

congrats! Maybe your energy swapped over, I had my very first a-less super-o two days ago. 🙂

I lately have my a-less sessions when going to sleep. Since I don't fall asleep easily, it's a good way to relax and let my mind wander. Either I fall asleep eventually or I manage to build up a dry-o, so it's a win-win situation for me. Although the wiki advises against it, starting a session while being sleepy helps me a lot getting relaxed, esp. mind-wise.

I hope you stay on track and can repeat that experience successfully!

Well done @ltg and @Unfug. Great to hear so many success stories.

I'm also doing A-less before going to sleep every night at the moment, it's the only time I get most days, but it works well for me too, and I get some very intense orgasms. No clearing up after A-less so can just roll over and go to sleep after.

I'm finding it better than sex at the moment, not sure if that's a good thing or not.

@smudgefish, there's a great song by Phil Vassar "Just another Day in Paradise" where he talks about the interruptions of his kids are worth it, even though frustrating! I struggle sometimes with handling alone time vs family time.

RE your note about doing A-Less sessions every night. Do you ever experience any problems with your body not resting "enough" by doing it every day? Just curious. Been wondering how often is "OK". For me it's sort of a discovery time now, and I often can't make myself wait. Sometimes though it's like my body gets really tired and I can't DO any more for a day or two. Interested to hear your experiences.

Thanks & Congrats again on your breakthrough! Thanks again for sharing what worked !!!!!

@ltg I'm not complaining, it can happen any time, no way around it really if you have children. Sounds like you know what it's like.

I've been doing A-less every night for some time now and it does eat into sleep time, I must have had 2-3 hours of incredible orgasms this week, and for the first time last night I was so exhausted I fell asleep before I even thought about it. I tried this morning but it wasn't going to happen so I gave up. As everyone on here always says you have to listen to your body and it will tell you when it needs a rest, so I don't think it's possible to overdo it.

Congratulations on your breakthrough as well!

@smudgefish, got ya on listening to your body. I know I've also had times where nothing seems to work and I just have to patiently put it off till I get my sign (butt pwaves!!!), that it's ready for some more...

Must have had a sweet session there where you fell off to sleep exhausted!

Love the A-Less sessions! No prep and no mess, so can take advantage of the occasional free time alone...

I try to have a session at bedtime because of the privacy I have then - if it works, but off & on it seems that I try but it doesn't work. BUT, whatever I try to do in the evening, it seems to set me up for a great session 6-8 hours later...

@mog, appreciate your putting words to the experience of overdoing it, and both of your guys maturity about waiting. Think this struggle is really where I am right now, rather than finding reliable super-O's or anything else. If I'm overdoing anything it's not going to be pleasant or helpful!

@unfug, congrats also on your A-Less super-O!
