I have found a technique which works better for me than the "do nothing" and "tired muscle" methods.
To induce involuntaries, I do my very best to avoid them. I concentrate on keeping all my pelvic muscles as still as possible, and focus my attention on any minute flutter, which I immediately attempt to suppress. Not by clamping down, but simply by trying to keep the muscle at rest.
Since my unconscious mind seems to enjoy foiling the plans of my conscious mind, this conscious effort to prevent involuntaries has the exact opposite effect. As soon as I have succeeded in stopping an involuntary, another one pops up, then another, and very quickly there is so much movement down there that I don't know where to start suppressing it.
Maybe this trick only works for me because my sub-conscious mind is mischievous, but I thought that it might be interesting for other users struggling to induce involuntaries.
