I Followed This PE Routine for 5 Months… And Got These Shocking Results

I stood in my bathroom, tape measure in hand, heart pounding in my chest. It had been five months since I started my penis enlargement (PE) journey, and this was the moment of truth. Would I see real gains, or was it all just another internet scam?

How It All Began: The Start of My PE Journey

I started PE in early October, after years of feeling self-conscious about my size. While I wasn’t "small," I always wanted to be bigger. I had read about manual exercises, pumping, and supplements, and after seeing countless success stories, I decided to give it a shot.
I committed to a routine:

  • 10 minutes of manual exercises daily
  • 30-45 minutes in the pump (broken into 15-minute sets)
  • 7-11 InHg pressure for pumping
  • Hard clamping for short periods
  • Rest days: 2 days off per week
  • Added Tadalafil (5mg daily) in February

At first, I wasn’t sure if it would work. But as the months passed, something incredible happened…

The First Signs of Growth: My Progress Over 5 Months

📅 October (Starting Measurement)

  • BPEL (Bone-Pressed Erect Length): 7.75 inches
  • EG (Erect Girth): Unchanged

📅 January (3-Month Mark)

  • BPEL: 8.06 inches (+ 0.31 inches)
  • EG: Still no noticeable change

📅 March (5-Month Mark)

  • BPEL: 8.19 inches (+ 0.44 inches total gain)
  • EG: No consistent girth gains yet

Even though I wasn’t seeing major girth changes, my length gains were undeniable. I was gaining nearly half an inch in less than half a year, which was far better than I expected.

What Helped the Most? Lessons I Learned Along the Way

  1. Consistency is Everything – If you’re not dedicated, you won’t see results. Sticking to the routine is what made all the difference.
  2. Pumping Was the Game-Changer – While manuals helped, I believe pumping was the biggest reason for my length gains.
  3. Tadalafil (Cialis) Boosted My Results – Adding 5mg of Tadalafil daily in February seemed to improve my blood flow, which might have contributed to better expansion and recovery.
  4. Girth Gains Are Harder to Achieve – Despite my best efforts, my girth remained pretty much the same. However, I suspect that with better measuring techniques, I might see improvements.

I gained about an inch and a half over a 2.5 year time period straight up no lie I was 6 3/8" bone pressed and ended up solidly 7.75" bone pressed (I had made it 8" but after I quit PE for about a year I leveled off at 7.75"). Girth increased about 3/8". I didn't pump to gain, just stretches and jelqs in the bathroom in front of the mirror every other day for maybe 15-30 minutes. Simple hot washcloth wrap for warm ups. The shit worked, my wife knew it was working I hadn't told her what I was doing and a few months later she was like "is your cock bigger now, what happened?" I told her. She knew it, she had been having sex with me for a little over 4 years daily at that point and she knew for sure it worked.
