How do I experience a super orgasm?

For four years I have been trying to experience whole body orgasms. I have learned to relax and to achieve pleasure waves, even anal orgasms. I re-read all of the user comments and suggestions. This morning I gave myself an enema, inserted my well lubricated MGX, relaxed on a chaise lounge and lusted after photographs of nude models. After a while, pre-cum dribbled out of my cock. Pleasure waves rolled over me. I experienced three anal orgasms. After 45 minutes, an erection throbbed. As in the past, I thought the next step would be a whole body orgasm but it was not. Any suggestions?

Put away the pics. I have one experience where I was using porn with the aneros. I had some interesting feelings, but it didn't progress me any. If I feel the need I might watch some porn before I used the aneros, but while it is inside me I just try to relax. I have gotten more success that way.

Good morning (for me), Bodsin, and welcome to this forum. You'll find nothing but support and non-judgmental help here.

Sounds to me like you're well on your way to higher levels of aneros enjoyment, but now I think you need to readjust your expectations as well as your mental attitude. Please don't take this as a criticism, it's certainly not meant as one, but rather a constructive comment that will help you to grow. So, FWIW, a few things that might help you progress.

First, and I totally agree with DannMM, lose the porn. Porn is an insidious poison; it clouds your thinking, pulls you're mind off its peaceful ledge and takes you in the wrong direction in my opinion. It's counterproductive to peace of mind. Enough said. I've commented on this in many posts, and I sincerely believe you'll progress faster by letting your mind rest and change its focus than by polluting it with pornographic images and content.

Next, may I suggest that you try buying a new model, perhaps a Helix? I think you'll find it a much more comfortable Aneros, and one that will do more to stimulate your prostate than the MGX does. I know some guys like it, but it doesn't work for me. Helix is longer, shaped entirely different and brings far more satisfaction to me. I really didn't progress much after months of trying until Helix. Most of the guys on the forum have several if not all the models to choose from, and I believe you'd like a choice as well.

A nice erection is a great pleasure and we all enjoy them. However, it's absolutely not a prerequisite for Aneros enjoyment. In fact, many a fine session is had without any erection, although you younger guys (assumption) have much higher libidos and sometimes just can't avoid erections. (I'd put a smiley face here, but the system won't let me yet). I'm not trying to blow my own horn here, but you may find this post somewhat helpful in turning the corner and moving to the next level:

http://www.aneros.com/forum/showthread.php?13035-Penis-NOT!&highlight=Penis...NOT

where I try to explain my understanding of the change in thinking necessary to improve one's experience with Aneros.

Many guys use Aneros simply to get off. This is fine it that's all you're looking for. However, there is SO MUCH MORE to be gained by allowing your mind AND body to experience a much higher level of self awareness and joyful orgasmic bliss. I don't know how to describe it any differently...it's bliss.

So as to your question, my first (and I submit others will agree) suggestion is for you to bring an attitude of deep relaxation and PATIENCE to your journey. If there is one think I can be absolutely certain of, it's that you cannot, under any circumstances, or with any force of mind or body, induce a Super Orgasm. Can't be done. The fact that you experience wonderful warm feelings, etc., means you're well on your way.

Encourage those experiences, my friend, grow them and flow with them. The ZEN of Aneros is to allow what is already within you, the ability to experience orgasm, to manifest. To let them OUT so to speak for where they're held captive in you expectations and your desires. Until you realize that you can't MAKE a Super O happen, and just LET a Super O happen, you may never "get there" so to speak.

I know this works. I know you can rise to the next level of Aneros enjoyment. But you have to get your mind and body out of the way and just relax and let the spirit flow over you. It is a spiritual experience, IMHO, and one that takes patience and time to mature.

My best to you as you continue your journey.

C

Thank you for your thoughtful answers. As suggested, I ordered a Helix. Perhaps the problem partly is due to the device. I recall when I first began several years ago that I did focus on the internal stimulation but little happened. When I switched to porn, more happened. However, I will ditch the eye candy for the internal as recommended.

bodsin,

I also welcome you to the Forum,

Since you are an experienced user, you've probably read most of the Forum and are aware of the great variety of sensations users have reported during their Anerosessions. I may be wrong here but I detect in your post a bit of anticipation/expectation for a certain type of sensation or reaction from your body as a result of Aneros use. This may stem from your definition of what may comprise a “... whole body orgasm...”. You said you experienced three anal orgasms and “Pleasure waves rolled over me.” That fits my interpretation for a “... whole body orgasm...”. I've experienced several different types of sensations as a result of these orgasms, sometimes it exists as a wave of pleasure as you described, sometimes it comes as a feeling of surging warmth or sense of flushing through the body, sometimes as a low level electric current like tingle out to the tips of my fingers and toes, sometimes as shiver like body waves, sometimes it may just be some isolated muscle twitches. I've never experienced the large scale muscle quaking as seen on some of the Xtube videos, nor have I ever been particularly vocal or done much moaning. The point I'm trying to make is your body is producing sensations unique to you and if you think it should be producing something different you may be setting yourself up for perpetual disappointment when your body doesn't produce some kind of expected sensation. The advice of having no expectations is a recurring theme here because it is true, our conscious brain wants to exert control over our body but in the case of Aneros use we need to learn to let our body lead and let our mind enjoy the ride.

On the topic of viewing pornography or other erotic material, IMHO viewing such material prior to starting an Anerosession can enhance essential arousal levels. But, I agree with 'DanMM' & 'Cockadoodle' that during a session this may a distraction and actually counterproductive to allowing you to focus on the subtle inner sensations that lead to orgasm. My advice is to let your fantasies move to the forefront of your consciousness during a session rather than viewing porn.
