and it's kind of amazing. I haven't really logged my progress here much. There was a post I think about my first aneros-less Super O but I think that was about it. Cut to now and basically I can have multiple full body orgasms on demand with and without the aneros. Sessions can last from 15 to hours. Depends on my mood and where I actually am. Traditional orgasms are mostly a matter of clearing out now. Though still enjoyable. I'm lucky enough to work from home, which was initially a problem. It was important to get the sensations to not take over while I was at the store or on the street. There where a few times when I had to "escape" because a Super-O's was bubbling up and there was no stopping it. I sat at a train stop for an extra half hour, missed my train and finally had to just go back to my apartment because it just wasn't going to stop. I once had a friend give me a car ride and almost couldn't stop myself from moaning. Not good. Though that felt amazing, I'm kinda glad that's over. Honestly though, it's the most amazing thing ever. It's completely changed how I view sensuality, sex, my body. Everything.
Wow! And thanks for sharing that with us.
Thanks for posting, Oli.
Would be nice to know what your milestones were and approximately when they happened.
Best Regards,
Dave
What an awesome testimonial! Good for you man!
well, Ten_S_nut I of course read through the forum. Like many, I had nice enough results but I wanted more. I'd started out with a MGX and then I bought my second aneros (progasm). It was kind of a reverse learning curve for me. The Progasm is a blunt object so to speak. It takes the orgasm out of you. I was certainly happy with that but they were ejaculatory orgasms and I wanted something that lasted. I wanted what I'd been reading about. I was having the sensations but not really focusing on the subtle sensations. So I re-focused on what it FEELS like to be aroused. I'm not that big on the way new age concepts are framed but I do think they have various benefits. I'd been trying to meditate and heard an interview on how not to fall asleep and focus on the subtle body sensations. This guy said that during meditation you're often told to focus on your breath and that can sometimes not be helpful. He said to try to focus on that feeling/impulse to inhale air after you've exhaled. To "get underneath" that feeling.
That's when it hit me. Arousal is like breathing. Your prostate is just like your breath. There's a similar feeling/impulse when there's a sense of tension from holding a low grad contraction and if you align it with your breathing and contractions it flutters, If you allow it to guide you that fluttering will grow. It's tentative at first but if you encourage it to grow. To take over. It will. And when it does, WATCH OUT.
It's basically taking full advantage of the fact that you KNOW you're being re-wired. So I attached my rewiring to my breath. So every time I exhaled while aroused my prostate pulsed and my muscles contracted. There were also other physical sensation. The roughness of the sheets, closing my eyes, nipple stimulation, making small noises anything that I could connect back to the center of all the pleasure. That way your prostate is actively reading information/sensations from all over your body. You eventually turn your entire body into an extension of your prostate. I believe that's why I was having the response I did. Everything fed into it. So, taking a shower, riding in a car, listening to bass heavy music was now being read as arousal. I would have "the buzz" and just sit back and let whatever was happening feed into it. The only real problem was I couldn't control when it would happen. So, I had to back off some.
Wow, thank you for that- that is incredibly helpful!
I will try on your approach.
Jocco
I'll have to try that I'm always needing new aproches that sounds like that might work for me
Thanks!!!
