Does one size fit all?

I've had a Helix for a little while now and after many uneventful sessions I decided to start "trying" a little more (even though everyone says not to). Well it didn't really work, but I did notice that during the strongest voluntary contractions it seemed to hit the right "spot" a lot better. I noticed the same feeling if I used my hand to push it in deeper -- something I know is also not usually recommended ><

So I know this has probably been asked a million times, but my question: is it possible that another model would be better? And if so, which one? I thought height wasn't supposed to matter but then I noticed the SGX says it's for men 5'6" and shorter. I'm just over 6'3" so I figure that might put me near the opposite end of that scale...

Welcome Janosik

I'm 6' 4" plus and was experienced with prostate massage before finding Aneros. My personal experience suggestion is that you might want to try the Eupho for better position and mobility.

all the best

The Helix does not put as much pressure on the prostate as the Eupho does. The Eupho is smaller diameter and a slightly different shape on the body as well as on the perineum tab handle.

One thing that improved my experience with both was when I cut the handle off. The handle was pressing up against my butt and would not allow as much forward movement of either model. Much more movement of both models without the handle.

Search on "modifications" and you will find a poll as well as information on cutting the handle off.
