So last I used my aneros and im still learning. Today at different times I would feel a tingling sensation n the head of my penis and it felt like I was urinating but I was sitting at work. Also I have felt the muscles in and around my prostate and n my rectum twitching and spasming. Could this b a sign of rewiring? And how long til the super-o?

Yes, it's the start of rewiring. Your time to a super-O could be weeks or longer, there's no specific indicator. Just relax and enjoy what you discover as you go along and suddenly it will come, likely when you're not expecting it.
