Yes! And after a while maybe a month or so the p-wave will just happen on their own.

Yes, you have to learn the general idea about how to at least identify pelvic floor muscle contractions, that is the ones you use to cut off urine flow with the muscles at the base of your bladder or pinch off a bowel movement by contracting your anal muscle.

But the pelvic floor or "PC" muscle contraction you want to work on to get p-waves and dry O's coming is the one "up front" at the base of your bladder, not vigorous anal contractions. After relaxing and doing nothing at all with an Aneros in for about 10 minutes, try practicing holding gentle bladder muscle contractions, just as of you were holding in your pee, while tickling your nipples and see what kind of neat involuntary movements the Aneros makes inside of you. These are the involuntary contractions that bring on the p-waves and prostate O's.

Hi Darren,

The Kegel Exercises are helpful for enabling you in using the Aneros along with rhythmic breathing. Both Kegels and breathing set in motion the massage action of the Aneros. I was composing this reply a couple days ago but had to break it off because I could not find a very helpful web site on how to perform the Kegel Exercises. Well, here it is!:

Kegel's for Men . This web site also gives information about the Pro-state massager from High Island Health, the parent company of Aneros.com

Also you may want to consult the article,
[h=1]EXERCISES AND PROSTATE HEALTH, from Livestrong.com[/h]Hope this all helps, Thom./BigGlansDC
