hi, now after two months I sometimes can get involuntary contractions if the last session is like 2 days ago, especially if I rub circles around my nipples. Unfortunately I have no idea how to reach orgasm that way? I get those involuntaries going, but nothing is building up, feels like after like 20mins the muscles get sore. Contractions don't seem to help, not even the slight ones.

Any recommendations what I could try?

Hi, although we all love to help answering any questions, it‘s recommended to use the search function first. Thus you can already find a lot of answers to your question:

Cheers, Mart

P.S.

Don‘t let anybody get confused like me first when seeing the field showing „0 Objekte / objects“. It is only meant to filter search results f. e. only found in the forum „general discussion“.

Below you find even four pages of results for this search.

For me, the muscles involved in aless orgasms have little to do with involuntaries. I do clench certain muscles, but not the same ones that I do when I have my toys in. I can’t tell you what will work for you, but I can tell you what worked for me. It is this method (sorry for those who have seen me recommend this post already, this is probably the 15th-20th time I have done so!):

https://community.aneros.com/community/general-discussion/how-to-have-a-less-orgasms-almost-instantly-male-vagus-nerve-orgasms/

Not only I was able to learn it quickly, but also this served as a jumping off point for a realm of aless pleasure. the key is ever so gently flexing that imaginary muscle in your penis head... doing it now makes my stomach lurch and my eyes flicker... take the time to read and re-read the steps. Good luck and enjoy the quarantine with all these fun new games to play.

devine_oblivion beat me suggest DarkOrb's method....With that method described in the first post, carefully following the very very gentle squeeze and some deep belly breaths......then relaxed patience,  don't hurry , .....enjoy

I now get consistant Aless pleasure.

Instead of video porn, I use still photos for Aless and w/Aneros sessions.  Free sites like 'Erotic Beauties" or 'elitebabes' are good place to start.

Everyone has their own approach, but I will tell you what works for me.  I find the discussion here about clenching and contracting, breathing this way and that way, fantasising about this and that, both exhausting and confusing.  When I first started my journey, I tried all these techniques.  They were helpful in that you learn through practice what works and doesn't work for you as an individual.  That said, once I reached the final destination (multiple dry orgasms and super-o's) I realised that absolutely none of this stuff mattered at all.  For me, it was all quite honestly totally irrelevant.

Rewiring is about teaching your mind how to recognise, encourage, and appreciate pleasure from atypical erogenous zones.  The more you appreciate this pleasure, the more you experience it, the easier it becomes to send your body into the orgasmic state.  The dry orgasm has nothing to do with clenching, contracting or visualising.  In fact, it doesn't even need to be sexual at all.  The orgasm comes from over stimulation of nerves in a specific location of your body.  As these nerves are over consistently and over stimulated tension begins to build in the body.  The tension eventually reaches a peak through constant stimulation and this sends your body into an orgasmic state.

Once you understand that this is whats happening, you can send yourself into an orgasmic state in a matter of seconds with no sexual thoughts of any kind.  With some practice, you can even focus your orgasms on different body parts that will create a different type of feeling of orgasm.  Some of my favourites (in the order of easiest to most difficult) include prostate, the top of your penis head, belly button, heels of your feet, and the middle of your forehead (This one is really difficult but once mastered will have you rolling around on the ground and wondering if you're going to have a stroke).

Here is how I would suggest you try this (Though with practice you can do it anytime, anywhere, and in any position):  Lay down on the floor or bed.  Put your arms by your side, close your eyes.  Take a big deep breath in and out.  You just want to be lightly relaxed.  Clench your PC muscles one time hard, then let go after a second or two.  As you exhale, exhale slowly and all the way till you cannot exhale anymore because your lungs are completely empty.  You'll feel a bit of a tickle or tingle in your prostate.  thats the feeling you want to focus on.  Do not clench or contract any muscles.  Do not visualise anything sexual.  Just focus on that tickle feeling in your prostate.  Just think about it.  Acknowledge that it feels good.  Tell yourself you'd love to feel more of it.  Just focus only on that feeling.  In doing this, you are stimulating the nerves that surround the gland.  By thinking about the feeling, the nerves get more and more stimulated.  The more they get stimulated, the more you think about it.  Its a feedback loop in its simplest form.

You'll start to become aware that your muscles are tightening on your own.  You'll feel it in your rectum and your perineum.  Just keep focusing on the pleasurable feeling.  You might feel a bit of tightness in your abdominal muscles.  You may feel some butterflies in your stomach.  Keep going.  Eventually you'll start to feel like you're reaching a peak, but you cannot push yourself over it.  Don't try to.  Just focus on that pleasurable feeling.  Tell yourself, I'm going to cum.  Eventually your body will push you over and into orgasm on its own.  once you begin orgasming, fight the urge the clench your PC muscles.  Just let everything stay loose and enjoy the waves of pleasure.  Focus again on that same feeling and you'll begin to chain the orgasms together.  One will roll into the next.  After several, you'll be approaching super-o territory.

This is truly all there is to it.  The most difficult part is getting your body to recognise the new form of pleasure, and become accustomed to orgasming from it.  Once practiced, you should be able to hit orgasm in less than 30 seconds with proper focus.

Hope this is helpful!

Sometimes these sort of posts seem a bit far away compared to my newfound senses, butt they make me ever hopeful that one day with a calm enough mind, I'll be floating in a similar fashion.

Thanks again for the helpful suggestions.
