I usually masturbate or have sex multiple times a week. When I use the aneros It feels good. Never had a prostate orgasm like some have had, I could only dream for that. It does feel good though. However it usually then trails off to nothing or I get a very strong urge to masturbate. And that’s how I finish off a lot of times. Looking for advice from people on how to best obtain that elusive super o prostate orgasms. Should I just refrain from all masturbation and cumming for extended period of time? And then just use the aneros? I’m guessing I have to retrain my brain because cumming from penis stimulation is all I know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Abstinence can be a mixed bag. It can make you desperate to ejaculate, shut-down sexually, or it can heighten your appreciation for more subtle stuff... it depends on you, and what you take from it. I consider it highly worth experimenting with.

I don't think anyone knows for sure. Everyone has their own experience. I can't tell you my experience will apply to you, because we're each so impossibly different. Ultimately you have to be your own lead-scientist, and carry out your own experiments. Which is kind of depressing, given how much discussion and effort has been directed to codifying "the path to Super-O" over the many years we've all been comparing notes here. But it's also exciting and freeing, because there aren't a bunch of externally-prescribed hoops to jump through, the dogma isn't real, the experts aren't real, there's no four-year degree, it's just you and your body, and what ever you can negotiate with yourself. And maybe that's the only real truth to this. Not that there's nothing of value to the theory here, but I suggest you treat them as a series of optional thought-experiments, rather than a guide-book. In the end, our blockages are our own to face, which we do alone, and the only goal is to become a version of yourself who can challenge those blocks. Maybe abstaining is exactly what you need to give-in and allow yourself to cum from this, maybe not. It's up to you to discover.

@Clenchy is right that each individuals path to learning how to achieve prostate orgasms is unique so you will need to experiment. However with that being said rewiring yourself to achieve these unique orgasms does require a paradigm thought shift away from penis oriented stimulation, this is easier said than done.

Please read @cockadoodle’s thread Penis, NOT and @rook 's thread Whole Body/Whole Mind - the mental side & @SteelColdiron 's thread Aneros: The Essential Mind State for a little insight. It might also help you to read @Neros 's post The truth behind how to "rewire". After you've read those I invite you to read these threads -> Are you "aroused"? & Aneros, Arousal & Abstinence/Semen Retention, 21 day challenge post & @divine_o 's thread Arousal building methods.
