Hi guys, Saturday yesterday morning around sunrise, I had a twenty minute ride with Progasm ICE. As in my recent sessions with Progasm ICE, I alternated between diddling my nipples and using the Kegel Exercises. I believe yesterday morning, I used twenty Kegels. That was awesome enough.
