I've been a longtime user of the Aneros devices. I first began when they were still marketed as health products only. I have the MGX, Perdise, Metal Perdise, Helix, and Vice. I had my first Super-O with the Vice but after that one something stopped them. I could still have Mini-Os but not anything greater.
Well, I got into two auto accidents leaving me with dual concussions, constant migraines with seizures, and on gabapentin. All orgasms, except mental, went away. Nothing worked like before.
Early during this time I saw the Vice 2 was out. I bought it but still had no luck and only mild pleasure. I had thought my tbi and meds had left me this way for life. Depression sank in hard.
I don't know if it was my attitude before or my controlling brain, but something changed recently. I was still trying the Vice 2 and getting the same non-orgasms. (The full physical side was eluding me.)
Well, long story short, I let my body do as my body wanted this time after inserting. No. 3 setting at low going to nearly high is the best for me. The involuntary contractions began after a few minutes and they raced me to a Mini-O without ejaculation. I was content with that much, but the involuntary pelvic contractions never stopped while the Mini-O was going on. Something in me felt as if on overload. I was going to mentally take control when something told me to relax, breathe, and let go. I didn't quite have a Super-O as I did with the Vice but had the most amazing penial, prostate, and anal orgasm since before the tbi. I don't believe I would have ever had any pleasure like this again without the Vice 2.
So the Vice 2 has brought me back some into believing I can have sexual pleasure again in the way I enjoy.

I'm sorry to hear about your traumatic brain injuries but I am pleased to hear you are regaining some of the lost pleasure from your new Vice 2 model. @rumel No, I hadn't heard or read about that yet. Only a couple of months ago I couldn't read for double vision. Now that is better unless a big migraine strike. I will look into it. Thank you.
I'd like to add last weekend I had another type of more powerful experience. It had my body making twist and turn in motions as if trying to get to some new point. The anal experience was unusual. It drove me to a true ejaculation, but it wasn't as fulfilling as before. I might be at the super-o plateau and not even realize it. After just letting go and not thinking, the hardest of things, they are happening. I've only had one super-o so far and that was before the accidents. I'm not sure what I'm approaching now.
One thing I am doing differently is the two lubes. They seem to keep me lubed without as much mess as the usual lube. So far neither has damaged the Vice II, but they aren't on too long before I clean it either. Not sure if it is recommended, but I'm using one called Boy Butter as the first coat (highly refined coconut oil base whipped into a thick creamy stuff), then a big dot of Gun Oil WB on the tip. I have tested it on a part of it and it had no reaction for five days.
My mental Os have come back now too. I describe them as if having a true orgasm but nothing physical happening except the total sensation in the brain of one.
