Wondering if I am progressing with only three sessions so far. First two I just concentrated on positions, breathing, relaxing and various contractions. Third session spent entire time on my back with legs pulled up. Made slow contractions  and also nipple play. About 30 minutes in I got some slight involuntary twitches in my upper legs. Thought it may have been a reaction of a slightly chilly room but as the session continued they kept shaking but at a faster involuntary speed. They would do this for a couple of minutes, stop for a minute then start again.  I did notice that nipple play did contribute to starting things up. This continued thru at least 30 minutes till I finished the session. Felt no other sensation but did produce some precum. Does this seem normal in this journey and what is suggestion on how to proceed?  What would I expect to happen next?

I'm a complete novice at this and I think I tend to rush things, but have had occasional orgasms, but surely not what I could or would call super.    The quest continues.   I'm using the original type Aneros, Helix I think it's called. 

 

I have one regular sized and one slightly larger type.   White ABS plastic, if that helps identify.  I removed one of the loops from the one pictured to make using it while sitting, for instance in the living room, which I am as I write this, more comfortable.

Good luck with your journey.  I wish there was a site, like the old Smartstim.com, where we could share videos and still pictures to help illustrate.

Yes. Same. Nothing.

Yes, if there is a normal. You've experienced first involuntary spasms incited by your prostate massage, I'd conclude. That's a good sign.

How to proceed. You should wait a day or two and repeat the session like it has been.

What to expect? Don't expect anything, but try to sharpen your senses and feel out what's new and what's going on in your perineral area and above.

You're on a discovery channel. Nothing will be like before, why it's undescribable what will happen next.

Any expectations will hinder your mind to find the new pathes. Welcome the slightest feelings and let them grow or pass by.

Perhaps add a quarter of an hour or stick to thirty minutes.

Again let the new feelings sink in and write a new programming to your mind.

Tell your subconscious mind to let go, you won't do yourself no harm, it's okay.

Good luck with your journey, you seem to be on the right path.

Thanks Matt for the insight and encouragement as I take the next steps. Have had another session and seems the involuntary spasms have moved from my legs to my lower abdomen causing me to crunch forward as I’m laying on my back. It’s seems like progress and will follow your advice.

At this point, 7 days, I’m still chasing the next level. So many choices of positions, contraction types, breathing, time of day, concentrating, with/without minor alcohol consumption and background music. I’m trying them all. Have read thru a lot of blogs (highly suggest this for new beginners) to understand what has worked and not worked for other users. 
So far I have found that I benefit most from lying on my back with either legs up or flat on the bed/floor. This is providing me with those abdominal shakes and a few times for short uncontrollable twitching. I seem to get the most when my body is symmetrical rather than a common position of side with upper leg pulled up. Even standing provides stimulation. This way nipple play is easy with two hands. Lately I find that my prostate stimulates as soon as I insert my Helix and lay down. This is my latest improvement. 
I think my biggest obstacle so for is my enthusiasm and not to totally relax. My wife has been away since I started and will be gone for another week so I have much available time to experiment. I’ve gone daily and a few two times. I think I am throwing to much into this in such a short time I will take your advice Fred and space out my sessions. I will post when I have better results.
