Leave in during the day?

I love walking around with Aneros in. It is real fun but if May not be used all day as you will need to re-lubricate after 2 hours or so. Hope it helps.

Yes, it can an be, though this is not recommended by the manufacturer. As @Ghusa noted, lubrication is always an issue as insufficient lubrication can cause irritation after a period of time /activity. If you are out and about this could them become problematic for removal/containment. Additionally prolonged use might lead to some temporary desensitization of the nerval rete surrounding the prostate do to continuous stimulation. Short periods (1-2 hours around the house) are probably OK, just use good judgement to avoid any problems. Note some men have taken to even sleeping all night with their Aneros in situ but again lubrication can be an issue.
