It feels weird talking about this here but I just need to get over it!
I have been playing and trying now for a while.
I've deinfelty got a sensation. And when I rmassage my perineum whilst 'rocking' rhe aneros as it slides between my fingers this is giving strong sensations which I believe is the right place. There is a feeling of wanting to do it faster and harder.
I'm doing this on a period of abstinence as this is making these sensations much stronger.
I feel like it's getting close to some sort of climax. At the moment it's a bit like when you can't get to an orgasm in the conventional way.
I think continued abstinence and working at it, something will happen.
But my question is, am I simply heading to a regular ejaculatory penile orgasm by doing it like this? I don't want to to waste the build up and abstinence.
Make sense?
Thanks
But my question is, am I simply leading to a regular ejaculatory penile orgasm by doing it like this?
There's really no reason to feel weird about asking questions, there are many men here very willing to offer help. As to your particular question. I think you are headed in the right direction but you need to have patience with the process. Every man's journey is unique, some men get to prostate orgasms quickly and some take a longer time. Unfortunately there's no way of knowing beforehand what your travel will entail. I don't think you need to worry about having a penile based orgasm as long as you are not stimulating your penis during an Anerosession, please see the thread Penis, NOT for some reasoning.
Arousal is critical to this process. For more detailed information on this please see the threads Are you "aroused"? & Aneros, Arousal & Abstinence/Semen Retention, 21 day challenge post & @divine_o 's thread Arousal building methods.

Thanks very much.
Every day I get a bit closer. I honestly think I'm just moments away from orgasm. Then I get tired
I think the position I require with my arm behind my back moving the aneros is not ideal. It could get on the way of me getting there.
I'm very careful to keep it prostate focused.
I really hope if it did happen, it would be easier next time. Something tells me the concern that it may not even be possible for me and not knowing what to expect are somewhat getting in the way.
Finger crossed it will be soon. I am just at the edge....

IMHO, you should dispense with the manual manipulation and rely soley on your pelvic floor muscles to maneuver your massager as recommended by the manufacturer.

That's good but your manual manipulation is taking mental and physical energy away from that focus plus it is sapping energy leading to fatigue. Concentrating your physical energy on the pelvic floor muscles simultaneously keeps you centered on your prostate area.

Don't overthink this, keep a positive attitude without expectations. It IS possible and it WILL happen in time, you just need to have patience and trust in the process.

I'd say stick around and read the forums for ideas, the forums here have been around for a long time, so there's lots of great ideas and suggestions to look back on. I felt weird too when I first posted here, since it was the first time I'd talked about prostate massage to anyone, let alone publicly with other guys. I think it takes time to realize it's not a big deal, and the community here is very chill.

Makes total sense, I've also combined long abstinence streaks with aneros use... and my conclusion for that is - don't worry about it. There are lots of ejaculation-like sensations that are possible without ejaculating, and until you've developed a keen sense for which ones definitely lead to ejaculation, you might be suppressing the wrong things. For example, many people describe their peak experiences as feeling exactly as if they were ejaculating, but nothing came out. Maybe it's something you just have to allow for.
