Sounds like you have a strange ass. When I insert my Aneros,there is a little resistance to the main bulk,but half way in,i suck the rest in,and it nestles comfortably.
What model are you using? If it’s a big model like a progasm,you’ll likely need to be stronger.
Kegels will definitely help strengthen your pelvic muscles.
You know how to contract your muscles don’t you? Lift and pulling motions? The opposite of Poo pushing motions.
