Getting ready to make my first aneros purchase. Confused by different products offered. Any suggestions for a beginner?

Get the Helix / MGX combo. It's a good value and comes with the Higginson syringe for cleaning out first.

That's how I started. I was happy to have 2 different models in case I didn't like one of them.
Turns out I liked both and ended up buying a couple more!
