From your description of events, I think you did have a very active Super-O. Just remember Super-O's also come in the 'Calm Seas' variety, intensity and duration of Super-O's are highly variable.
IMHO, the first sentence in the Super-O definition states the essential qualifier. "Super-O is an abbreviation of "super orgasm," a term coined by Aneros user Brian Mayfield for an orgasm that steps out of the normal frame of reference." (emphasis mine)
