There is a popular experience that vibration is not the best thing for a super o, especially if you are a beginner or haven't achieved a super o yet. What about vibrators and ailments of the pelvis like tight pelvic muscles, tight sphincter, bph, prostate cancer, decreased urine flow etc. Any experiences or opinions on that kind of stuff? The super o is eluding me and I am kinda facing the possibility I may not get there ever. But I am also having other problems down there so I was thinking of adding an ending part to my session (after the searching for the super o part) with syn v or something. Any thoughts?

Massage therapists have effectively used vibrators for years to treat various health issues. Vibrators have also been effectively used to amplify physical stimulation for pleasure purposes as well. Some men find this added stimulation does help them achieve orgasms while others find that such stimulation is ineffective or even numbing when it come to prostate stimulation. How you will react is impossible to predict but I don't see any harm in trying to employ added vibration to your practice. Your Aneros journey should be an adventure and trying differing approaches to find an effective path forward is always a good idea.

As far as vibration in the Aneros lineup goes I think the Helix Syn V is an excellent model with which to experiment. It has low intensity vibrations and pattern variability which do not tend to numb when used over a prolonged time period. It is certainly worth a try if you can afford it.

Good Vibes to You!

Can’t hurt to try. Have a go and see what happens. Vibes might require a shift in thinking during sessions. You’ve got nothing to lose as far as I see.

I would hesitate when it comes to vibes, was a step back for me. I recently purchased a p vibrator, perfectly perportioned, seemed good at first,on its own. Tried touching it to my aneros while inserted, seems to have reversed my progress, although it felt good that one time, left me fighting back to where I was before. I think you must pay careful attention to any negative side affects as the 2nd and 3rd time seems to have deadend my sensations. For me I think its a once in a while thingy.

Vibes seems to be a personal thing. I spent lots of time trying to make them work for me, and while they got me very, very close to Super-Os several times, I just can't do it with vibrations. They're loads of fun for masturbation or just chilling hands-free, like others have said you'll need some trial and error to see what they can do for you.

Brother, I don't know how long you have been at this practice, but don't be discouraged. I was a dozen years in before something clicked and I was able to experience the Super O, then, I was left mostly high and dry for a year after having that taste of unimaginable pleasure. The best advice I heard was in treating each session as an adventure. Sometimes you'll score and sometimes it's kind of a bust, but that's it...no more than that. Recognize pleasure when you experience it and remember it. Let go of dud sessions.

I have never gone to vibrations other than the womanizer premium and that was after I was back in the game again and could experience great pleasure with Aneros alone. That is where I would recommend you go with any vibes...nipple stimulation with the Premium on autopilot can really wake you up down in the pelvic region.
