Ok so after a thread i made today regarding this, i would love to know how you identify your PC muscle (the one that controls your ability to stop urination) and the sphincter muscle.

I know this is newbie territory asking this question, but the only way i can get my pc muscle to be 'found' in my mind is to sort of pump my dick, like i was ejaculating, but this almost always results in too much focus on the penis itself.

Anyways, let me know how you guys work this out!

Thanks

Probably the best information and diagrams on the internet:

@inhope,
Hi the prostate is not in those diagrams, it it about the size of a walnut in younger people.
The muscle that make your erection jump is usually the BC muscle. I think this is the muscle that control the urine flow.
In another post you speak of twitches/mini contractions, I most often get my multiple mini contraction behind the BC muscle they feel like a mower that fires but won't run continuously. The BC muscle nestles against the prostate so can perhaps contract independent of an erection. These mini/contractions may be in the prostate but I am not sure.
I get these more and more but as yet they haven't 'fired' properly. However the other night as I was waking I felt my prostate pulsing continuously and when it stopped I was able to restart it. I have not been able to repeat this. I live 'inhope'

Interesting!

Another interesting thing is this, if I focus my mind on my prostate it flutters, it the bc muscle does perhaps.

I still get no pleasure from the flutter as such, I assume this is an involuntary, though I didn't know it. I hope it is 😉

I wrote a post about how I was able to identify the different muscles. Maybe this will help a bit?

My experience with those muscles It's a bit wordy as I tend to be, bu it should help sort out ways to try figuring your body out some.

On an additional note - With all the muscle practice I talk about in that post I have been able to centrally focus muscle contractions now too. It's a cross over between an anal contraction and the "Penis wag" contraction. I can't explain how I figured it out, but with practice I am sure everyone can or does. It's a deep centered contraction that vibrates the prostate directly ( it feels that way anyhow ) It's not quite a full BC contraction or an anal contraction, it lies between and it feels like your muscles are "kissing" your prostate which just bring me to some seriously intense P-waves!

Hope this and the link ends up being useful in some way - have fun!
