Super-T Uncomfortable/slight pain?

Ok ive had this for a long time but here is a little back story:

When i first used the aneros i using it wrong i think and it cause me a bit of mild prostatititus which would result in ejculations sometimes 'ache' a little.

Through proper use of the aneros i have cured this issue and now experience really wonderful ejculations that are beyond measure in terms of how wonderful they are. But lately I've found that ache return but only when i come with an aneros inside, i.e. a Super T. It doesn't always happen but more often than not.

The ache is localised, at least i believe, in the muscles that cause the ejculation rhythm/spasm and is almost exactly like the kind of ache you experience when you feel muscle fatigue, it used to be very uncomfortable now its just more noticeable, but not pleasant. I wonder if its because usually during my super t's i tend to tense my legs and my ass/anus muscles and its that which causes a bout of fatigue when the muscles then respond during ejacualtion.

Any clues?
