Hi out there, I learned something recently from my purchase of a helix which I now have in addition to my MGX. Strange as it may seem I was only working a few of the muscles and hadn't been trying to slide the unit of choice at all with the push out so I would only get so far. Last weekend after reading the forum I decided to reread some of the relavent posts and discovered that I could hands free slide the Aneros out a bit and then let go. This is a bit of revelation that I didn't know about and was a great help so I thought I'd pass it along as its not clear that is one of the muscle groups that needs to be working. The end result being that the Aneros slides out a bit and then back in. hopefully this helps. 😉
