shea butter -is it safe

I have just bought some 100% organic shea butter
I am a little hesitant to use it because I have read that its wax like qualities are not good to use internally
seeing as the internet is always 100% accurate (yeah right!!!)
Can anybody share their experiences of using it please

Hi Nerve, I use shea butter and coconut. Mix them 50-50 and you' ll have a nice mixture. Sometimes I use vaseline too, but I know that is less safe/not safe. But alk together it is slippery as ......
