Resting period

So how long does everyone recommend resting and recharging their prostate before using the aneros again.

According to the Frequency of Use Poll approximately 23% of men wait on average 7 days between sessions, 33% wait 2-3 days, 21% wait 1-2 days and 24% use almost daily. That's a pretty broad spectrum of usage with about 55% waiting more than 3 days and 45% waiting less than 2 days. I think one's 'recharge' time is a function of a variety of conditions such as age, health, mood, general stress level, arousal level, etc. I generally recommend at least 1 full day between sessions, preferably two, but there are no strict rules about usage. Each man needs to determine a frequency of use which is amenable to him and fits his lifestyle.
