After ~20 years of dialysis I started my search for prostate-orgasms 2 years ago.
Soon after I started I got Aneros-toys, different ones. But never came close to anything orgasm-like.
I also tried dildo-humping my ass with brute force and a more gentle approach with an Njoy wand, nothing. With my fingers I'm not really sure if I found it either: with my middlefinger inside I felt something way inside (>8cm?) that felt like it was behind an edge (bone?) but could barely reach it with my fingertip. Another somewhat pleasureable area was barely inside, like 3-4cm? I did the "come here" motion but no orgasm anyway.
I wonder if the empty bladder (thanks to dialysis) could move and/or shrink so that the position changed over the years? I had my prostate checked a few years back, not sure if they actually found it.
Any idea?
My index finger is under 8cm and I can hook over my prostate if I "push it down" with my muscles. I feel the 3-4cm spot you're touching is the bottom of your prostate. So everything you're touching between 3-4cm and 8 should be "it".
Keep in mind I'm a short guy and this could have an influence on things.

I don't think a doctor would just put a finger inside, not feel anything and then just play pretend that he's checking your prostate... It's probably right where it's supposed to be, but it's possible that you have low sensitivity, now that's a different issue entirely.
@zentai Im a very short guy and ive never found it using fingers, my aneros sessions are very hit and miss and wonder why. The SGX is too small for me yet its designed for the shorter people of the asian market of which i am the same sort of size.
Its all bollocks this. All unfair. All crap.
The SGX doesn't work for me either, so I wouldn't worry about this, I don't remember reading that it's anyone favorite model. I gave up on it long ago. All my other models work fine.
Unless you have great wrist flexibility, it's hard to get your finger "forward" enough to hit it (going from the back). Again, this does not mean your prostate is in some weird location.
I'm 5'6", are you much shorter than this?
I think if we've learned anything on this forum it's that there isn't one location for the prostate - it varies a great deal person to person!
I'm also located in a non-standard place - Perhaps give this a go: Get yourself a comfortably-sized, curved dildo, lie on your back with your feet together soul-to-soul and let your legs relax open, insert the dildo with the curve up towards your belly button and very carefully and gently have a methodical search about. When you feel something different, experiment with pressure and gentle movement. When you find the right area it will probably feel something similar to needing to pee, or a little like right before you ejaculate (but more subtle).
Let me know how you get on?
