Mindgasm and nipple play

Hi everybody. I recently downloaded and used the Mindgasm app. Has anyone tried it? I found it interesting but because I’ve been on this journey over 15 years I cannot wholly relate to it as it’s obviously made for those seeking instructions along those lines.
Following their instructions I was unable to have a super O or even a dry O. But it felt good.
Question I have is: I’m hooked on nipple play to reach a desired end. The Mindgasm app doesn’t seem to include np in its makeup. Do others have a question about np and prostate stimulation? I know this has been brought up a fair bit. But seeking more perspectives. I can’t seem to “get there” without np. But I’m wondering if that could mean I’ve morphed over from prostate Os to nipple Os without realizing it.

I actually started with Mindgasm and practiced it for a couple of months before buying my first Aneros. It's more like a guided meditation and kegel exercise routine, and does not incorporate manual stimulation in any of the lessons. The focus is on differentiating the various muscles in your pelvic floor and gaining control over them. It takes quite a bit of practice, but I'm glad I did it before using an Aneros - it make my progress much more rapid than it would be otherwise. Not going to spoil it, but you may be surprised to learn the fundamental principle of Mindgasm if you go through all the lessons.

I'd say that Mindgasm compliments Aneros, especially if you use a smaller device like the Peridise or Eupho. The meditation aspect is especially important, since it helps maintain focus over prolonged periods where you aren't moving around very much. It also teaches mindful relaxation, which is of course important for experiencing prostate orgasms. I think that many Aneros users will inadvertently discover some of the techniques described in the Mindgasm lessons with practice, in a less structured way. They don't advertise it as such, but the lessons sort of induce a trance-like state even though the speaker (the "A.I." Allie) doesn't make any hypnotic suggestions.

A minor spoiler:

Mindgasm teaches you how to differentiate and control the perineal (the "Base"), the bulbospongiosus (the "Center") and the ischiocavernosus (the "Top") muscles, which helps to induce involuntaries around the prostate (aka the "Sweet Spot"). The "Top" muscle in particular is essential to feeling pleasure during a mindgasm, but it is also the most difficult to control at first

Overall, I'd say that Mindgasm is a good structure for learning about prostate pleasure, although the prostate is of secondary concern in the end. It doesn't touch on nipple play at all, although I don't see any real reason why you couldn't facilitate the lessons with it, as long as it doesn't distract from the mindfullness aspect.

TO me it is just a distraction, although I wish it would stimulate me further..maybe that's what I need to get there..

My boyfriend LOVES his nipples played with.  He told me that when he was a kid he had an orgasm by just playing with his nipples.  WOW

I went through the Mindgasm No Nut Novemeber at the start of my journey.  It felt good and I thought it was helping but it's just a lot of time and effort when I'd rather just try to enjoy my sessions.

Just do the app and add the nipple play. There are no set rules to prostate play. You use any tactic that works. You find what works. Patience lets you work out how to tie it all together.

Nipple play for me has been an added bonus as I discovered it later in my journey. I practice np with Aneros as well as Aless. My prostate and perenium always respond with lots of pleasure waves and body shaking eventually leading to a long lasting O and sometimes a SO. Definitely not a distraction but a welcome enhancement!
