hi guys,

as u know, i find that weed super-turbo charges my sessions. i use a Vapor Genie, which is really great.

But, i'd like to learn more about fancier vaporizors (portable). My goals are

  • super discreet - no smell (wife doesn't approve)
  • preferably don't have to grind up the weed. that itself poses a discretion issue, as grinding the stuff gives off the famous scent.
  • not too expensive

if you have some advice, or experience, please let me know.

darwin

Hey Darwin! If you're looking for no smell what so ever (besides when you exhale the vapor), I suggest looking into evape's similar to these "IVXX" cartridges (they are concentrated THC in oil). That is what they look like. There is various other brands, too. Sadly, you're not going to be able to get them unless you have a medical card. You may get lucky and have a friend whose dealer gets these from medical shops and sells them for about $45 a pop even though they're like $30 in store. All it takes is a epen battery and you're good to go (they cost like $7 in a smoke shop).

But, I'll end your search by saying it is NOT possible to have NO SMELL in ANY portable vaporizer (excluding what I said above, since those aren't vaporizers but oil cartridges that vape). I've done my research on vaporizers, portable and desktop. You cannot lose the smell. Only those cartridges I'm talking about have no smell. (I'm talking literally like, barely any smell. You can vape it in your room and the smell disappears in seconds!)

I have a Vapor Genie but quit using it. I have a Magic Flight Launch Box. Nice looking besides effective. Definitely cuts down on smell. I have vaped near my wife who doesn't smoke and she didn't even notice. I never tried one of the electronic modern jobs. Right now I am smoking out of tiny pipe but your post made me decide to pull out the vapes next time.

i think it's funny how worked up some folks get when you discuss pot. I brought it up a while back and was a bit surprised when I got beat up.

A friend of mine has a DaVinci Ascent and really likes it. It's handheld and portable.

There are many types of portable vaporizers are available, I don't know what kind of you need, but I am using Arizer Solo 2, Arizer ArGo, Pax 3, these are pretty good, I bought them from ECig-City Coupons, there are many types of portable are available, and prices are quite low too, I recommend you to go there and check by yourself, I hope you will find.
