So last night I tried an Aneros for the first time (MGX), but after an hour of semi-pleasure (wasn't exactly sure if it felt good or just weird) I stopped because I wasn't sure if I was on the perineum or not, and I was a bit sore due to some unfortunate razor cuts.

Anyway... after using the "B's Keys" section on finding the sweet spot, I still haven't had any luck (still a little razor sore though), but I did notice a strand just south of my scrotum that pulses with my errection, and isn't exactly pleasent to the touch. This isn't the perineum is it? It's quite far from where the aneros was touching, but I just wanted to make sure.

Hi Ashlen,

Check out the glossary sticky. The perineum is the area between the scrotum and the anus. The G spot is a small subset of this area.

Don't get too hung up on finding this spot. I never have found mine by the method suggested by B Mayfield and I don't seem to get the exact same sensations others have reported. I have modified both my MGX and the Helix with hot glue in search of it and still am not sure I am right on it. Hasn't stopped me from getting to the Super O and having lots of them. Perhaps they could be even better and it is something I may investigate sometime in the future.

I wouldn't be too quick to change anything right now, give it a few sessions and see what develops.

Good luck.

I had an MGX and experienced the same soreness you report. If you don't have any luck, you may want to get a Helix instead. I've had much better results with my Helix.
