OK to keep in all day or night?

Hey, you've got to give your prostate a break at some point! The fact is, that over time you'll develop less sensitivity from continuous stimulation like you're suggesting, which is NOT what you want. Once and a while probably won't hurt, if that is your inclination. But as opposed to treating your Aneros like a common plug, why don't you devote some "quality time" to it? 🙂
