Hope aneros comes up with something like that too. I am a short man and helix 'overshoot' the pleasure point a bit. SGX gives less sensation in the beginning when the prostate is not swelled which i need to put effort to focus on, but man, when my prostate swelled up, i could cum very hard from the sgx. Now looking for something that could consistently putting some pressure on my prostate for the whole session
