Anyone else experience this side-effect? Were you able to do something about it? Is it temporary?

It's annoying enough in daily life, but it's even worse during my sessions. Having to get up and go to the bathroom every half hour makes it very hard to relax.

Yes, I drink lots of water, but it doesn't seem to matter how long I wait after having a glass. It's almost like my body has a reserve tank that only wants to be emptied when I'm using the Helix. It's really starting to wear on my patience.

@CollectingSmiles Like you, I drink a lot of water each day. But I won't cut back just to "make room" for my Aneros sessions. Yes, I agree that it is inconvenient to stop everything and relieve your bladder during a session (I rarely have to do that). I try to make sure that when I have to go, especially before a session starts, I empty my bladder as much as possible. Often, within 5 minutes, I will go again. That usually does the trick for me. Hello, let me say this stop with the water & take a break from Aneros for several days, if the
frequency continues it may be the onset of BPH or it maybe age. Or its nuthin..
