Is there anything you can do to prepare your body for a Super-O? For instance, should one practice stopping the flow of urine every time you visit the bathroom?

I plan to purchase the Holiday Helix assortment in July and want to know if there is anything I can do to increase the likelihood of a Super-O within the first few sessions...thoughts? Ideas? Mice?

this is one big fat misconception. NO you should not stop your flow every time you pee.

the idea of stopping pee is you do it just once per lifetime to identify the PC muscles, not as an exercise. stopping the flow of your pee is bad for your bladder aparatus.

there are lots of discussions in the forum about PC muscles and kegels.

do a search.
