Hi Guys,

So I am finding that I am getting some involuntaries and an erection pretty early in a session (10-15 mins in), but they only last for a minute or two, and then I am unable to get them started again.

Any tips or advice?

Also wondering what a dry o feels like, is it just like a normal orgasm without ejaculating?

Patience, patience, patience. There is often a cyclical nature to the emergence of P-waves as arousal builds towards orgasm. Remember to always come back to your low level base contraction tension after performing your other exercise contractions.

Prostate orgasms are qualitatively different from penile based orgasms. Some men do report that they feel much like a traditional ejaculatory orgasm but most of us experience them as deeper sensations in the pelvic floor with P-waves radiating outward from there. A Super-O often is felt as a whole body experience with sensations occurring throughout the body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head. Please see the Aneros WIKI definition of a Super-O.

Good Vibes to You!

Like Rumel says patience take your time.  For me Aneros orgasms are sometimes more intense than a traditional orgasm, it will have many of the same features - increased heat rate, and breathing plus the whole body sensation - plus the benefit of being able to have multiple ones in a session

As others have said they often go in cycles, and all pleasure can totally dispear after a cycle.

Have had many different feeling ones, some which i have never been able to experience again. The best one turned my body into slow motion, I could feel the involuntary contractions almost as if the aneros was pumping me like crazy, but it was in ultra slow motion where every stroke felt like it took 30 seconds.

Had another one where it felt like my soul was being sucked out of my penis (this one actually was so pleasurable it scared me and I pulled myself out of it). It literally felt supernatural.

Just keep going on your journey and dont try and chase any feelings, just go where it takes you.

Keep some tension on your pelvic floor. Lift it a little and try to keep it there throughout the session. Pc and sphincter always on!  It doesn’t need to be a hard clench.

A dry orgasm is indeed similar,you should notice a peak in your pleasure.

Agree on this. Best sessions are when I try hold the clench at around 15-20% and just do my best to maintain it there.

This gets best later in the session when the body is trying to clench at 100% and you are releasing it back to 20%. Get a little tug of war going down there.

@helghast

I've been Anerosing for close to 10 years now and sometimes my sessions begin great, but fall flat a short time later.  I've used the do-nothing method for most of the time I've been using, but have recently been trying to introduce a little pelvic floor tension when things start to cool off; sometimes it will get things started again, so it's a road I'd like to explore further.

In regards to holding pelvic floor tension, are you holding slight tension in the PC/Kegel muscle only, or both the PC and sphincter simultaneously?  I've always tried to keep my anal sphincter as relaxed as possible; are you saying hold a little constant tension there as well???
