I think, from my own experience, it might help to use an uplifting sound track to get the juices flowing. You might want to check out the soundtracks at: http://music.yahoo.com/llewellyn/albums/music-for-tantric-sexuality--28392606. From that site, you can get a short sense of the first and last tracks. There is a beat to the music, with some additional content. Of course, easier said than done, relax. Good luck!
