Try reading the wiki and tips of members. I use Aneros for over a year now and never had a O. I do enjoy my sessions. It takes time and lose expectations. The sentence "hoping for a mind blowing orgasm with lots of cum" says enough. No expectations. Your body tells you when your ready.

Suggest you slow down! In order to appreciate Aneros, you will need to learn to separate penile ejaculation from prostate orgasm. This is not easy. But with regular Aneros use, you will learn it.
