Hello,

So her e is my situation. I recently (a few months now) have been really looking into prostate play and a few weeks ago I finally bought my first toy, a off brand device called the trinity vibes silicone spiraled prostate massager (or something like that). While it is cheap, it seems good enough quality to me. Anyway , I have very good senses of my body and am able to get in very relaxing states for my session and I don't have any problems except my contractions. Am I to squize my sphincter? PC muscles, or both? Or am I supposed to let it all happen on its own? I can't find anything anywhere clearly stating the more correct ways of triggering the auto fuck which I want to experience so badly. And by me getting desperate and trying so many different styles of squeezing, I gave myself minor external hemorrhoids. They were annoying and halted my sessions for about two weeks until they healed finally. So now that I can start again, I have the helix syn arriving to morow and I would really like to understand how to contract ,or if to contract down there at all, to trigger the auto fucking so I can really have fun with the helix. Any explanations or tips would be greatly appreciated and I'd love it even more if they were very detailed.

Thanks!

Ps. How tf did I get hemorrhoids?!? I never want that to happen again. I'm only 17..

Congratulations on your journey! I would suggest that you not try too hard ---- just take it nice and slow at first. You will learn in time to do contractions, this is not rocket science! Eventually, your body will direct you to what is wants and needs. Just keep up with regular 'sessions' when you can. Believe it or not, the 'do-nothing' method will eventually work for you. Good luck to you!

Hey @Tatornator,

Am I to squize my sphincter? PC muscles, or both? Or am I supposed to let it all happen on its own?

Tried the wiki yet? There are endless different ways to success. Most important is, that it doesn't work like the traditional penile approach. More muscular work won't necessarily bring you further. It's your brain and nervous system that have to learn and accept the new input - that takes time (unfortunately). Autofuck is the result of super-high arousal while being in a moderate to deep trance state. You can't force them, you just can encourage them by building mental arousal, deep relaxation bodywise and mentalwise (=trance). You may try meditation, bineaural beats or hypnosis videos on youtube to make it easier to fall into trance.

What helped me the most, was a rigorous kegel workout over the course of 2-3 months (3x daily). Not for building up strength, but for building up control (which you seem to have to a certain degree already) and sensual awareness. You control your muscles via nerves and you feel via nerves. Gaining control correlates with gaining sensual awareness, which will lead to more (automatic) responsiveness.

Cheers, Unfug

Haemorrhoids are typically caused by strain in the ass, damaging the veins enough to cause the 'piles'.
I know I had a brief stint with external 'roids from stretching my ass too vigorously, for extended lengths —but went away by themselves. Consider sticking to doing nothing in the session and seeing if and what your body does by itself.

The confusing aspects with Aneros (and 'MMO' as a whole) is whether something will make a sensation happen, or if that something is the result of a sensation. It can seem interchangeable.
To put it another way: some people contract naturally without wanting to because of the orgasms, whereas others contract to get the orgasms going.
My stance is your body hasn't adjusted/learnt to feel good vibes from those muscles yet, and will do eventually with practice. Somedays it'll feel active, and others it will just be a dud. Give it time.

Thanks for all the great responses! I would have replied sooner but the problems with the forums have kept me from logging in, its quite annoying.
So I had another session and tried those things you mentioned and I experienced my first P-waves, or that's what I think it was at least. It took two hiyrs to get there and lasted maybe 10 minutes before i realised the session was done. They felt amazing and now my next goal is hopefully a dry orgasm, but I won't force it. So I'm going to try to do absolutely nothing tonight and just see where that leads me. I think i'm going to have a hard time with this because usually when I insert the device my body auto contracts due to the foreign object and this screws up my whole relaxation phase, but I'll just try to resist I suppose. Mind over matter!
