Hello,
I be been dabbling in p-spot play for a month now and can really understand the 'do nothing' massage. Do you litteraly just sit there and relax with zero work on your part the whole time? If someone could enloghtn me it would be great.

Thanks

Initially, you will start with contractions but don't make the Aneros work so hard that you become sore. In time, you may find that it is taking less and less effort on your part to get results; that generally is regarded as the 'do-nothing' (or do-little) approach. You will start to feel it; the Aneros may start to feel like it is taking off on its own (the so-called auto-f**k). You will know it when it happens. Good luck!
