Helix Syn Lube

Any lube except silicone based lubes work (silicone degrades silicone toys), so look for water based lubes. Unless you are using a plastic toy. Good clean love makes a very natural and very non irritating lube, for those that have sensitive rectal linings, and the lube smells nice. Glycerin which is a common ingredient in many water based lubes can have a purging effect for some. Oil is messy compared to lubes in terms of stains. It took me several tries to find the right lube for me. Everyone is different and has different needs. Have fun!

I like Slippery Stuff Gel (available on Amazon). I sometimes use Boy Butter Original but it is getting pricier.

@Lendari , using olive oil with your HS is fine; been doing it for years.
