Good Day, Gentlemen...

Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself - I'm a 48 year old guy who just started on this journey a couple of weeks ago.

I am one of the "lucky" few, I suppose. I just had my first Super-Os within the last 48 hours. I've posted a blog about the experience (which is quite long but informative.) I bought an MGX about three weeks ago, and a Helix Classic about 3 days ago. Incidentally, they both rock, but the Helix may just be my new best friend in the whole wide world. lol

It is amazing to me what has come out of this experience, even without having had a few Super-Os. I've been in a better mood, overall, and it's also caused me to really reevaluate my sense of the nature of pleasure and orgasm. What a ride!

I hope my experience and what I've learned can help some of the others here who may struggle - may they struggle no more. Have a look at my blog entry, with "Confident Boomerang Approach" in the headline. (Yes, it's arrogant...but you may get some insight.)

@crimsonwolf Congrats!... you are one of the lucky ones. I tried to view your blog, however the links are not working properly with the site. Hopefully someone will fix the links. Any chance you can copy it and paste it in here?

@Crimsonwolf
Congratulations! I Super Oed in my first session. Dispell your arrogance. You will more than likely be unable to help anyone Super O before it is their time. The forum is full of advice on how to Super O, ad nauseum. What works for you may not work for another, and vice versa. Be mindful of any advice you dispense. The best intention may cause the worse harm.

This is the greatest piece of advice on these forums, i wish i had been told this when i first started all those years ago! i would have been much further along this journey by now and a much, much happier person as well.

Hey guys...thanks for the encouragement. I am VERY careful about giving advice, in that I don't really offer it unless unless I'm solicited for it. Lesson learned while learning how to coach skydivers. 🙂

Crimsonwolf,
Thank you for your blog entry. You have succinctly stated the major elements men need to practice/accept as they travel on their path toward a Super-O. I have repeatedly tried to express these same elements in my posts over the past 7+ years and it is good you have further reinforced those basic elements.
Good Vibes to You !

Ahh, Rumel...you honor me. Thanks for the encouragement!

So very grateful to be able to freely discuss this stuff with other like-minded gentlemen. I'll keep updating.

Thanks again!

Practice is unnecessary, IMO. Contraction this, breathe here, touch there. RUBBISH! Train the mind and the ass will follow. Once one has CONSISTENT results, mayhap one can dispense advice, but with EXTREME caution.

Welcome to the forums, wolf.

Congratulations on having Super-Os so fast. Lucky dog. But, your journey has only just started. Enjoy the ride.

The Helix models are my favites too. You should try the Helix Syn. They might be the same basic shape, but they're definitely different toys. It's worth owning both 😉

As someone that's ahs tried everything and after each session write down what to do, what worked/what didn't in an almost fanatic ritualistic manor I can say that I agree with what you're saying in your blog, mh best sessions come from 'feeling' the sensation and not over thinking the technique or Muscle groups. Arousal is key. Feel don't think.

I was also reasonably in touch with my PC and anal sphincter muscle groups

so I do think this familiarity has in some way got you ahead of the curve to some degree, this is what has I feel accelerated things for you, at least allowing your mind to do the 'technique' because your body already 'knows'.

I won’t bore you with sessions prior to yesterday’s, but suffice to say that I did get a great deal of pleasure )and frustration,( from both toys before then. I’d been experimenting almost every day with the MGX for a couple of weeks

For some reason I thought you super o'd on first try, not why I thought that. Just have to ask, what is your mind picturing, what ae you visualising? Did you involve any nipple play at all?

Last question for you, promise!, you experienced the super o which is great, what about a regular dry o, experienced any of those? Or are these the same thing?

Perhaps I am confused...what I am calling Super-Os were all "dry." I only had one the first time I was successful, but I've had multiples in a couple of sessions since then, also dry.

Didn't happen on my very first session, I apologize if I wasn't clear about that.

Kind of funny, last night, I almost collapsed in my bathroom - went to finish with a traditional after a round of Helix play. Didn't realize there was another Super-O waiting to fire...felt this slingshot-stlye buildup, and was about to blast into the shower, when it hit me. Had to grab a towel rack, and almost screamed in surprise/ecstasy - a little crazy, but it felt amazing. Don't really know how to describe it.

Oh, forgot to add, with my first SuperO, I wasn't visualizing anything, I just focused on breathing and feeling. Didn't allow myself any "extra" stimulation, which very much helped reinforce that I was on the right track - my body knows what it wants, and even if I don't know HOW to get it consciously or mentally, my "body wisdom" can be trusted.

@Crimsonwolf,

A few minutes ago, I found your Aneros blog entry as @euphemistic suggested. It is quite a read and deserves close study. I responded to it nonetheless. Looking forward toward reading more of your Aneros experiences.

Thom./BigGlansDC

P.S. I have provided here the link to your blog post in the Aneros blog section since I cannot find there. I am going to bookmark it for further reference.
